My new ADV
6% TFA Chai Tea 3% TFA Vanilla Swirl 1% FA Fresh Cream 2% EM
For anyone who hasn't used TFA Chai Tea, it is great for adding a bit of exotic spices to your mix. I taste Cardamom, Black tea, hints of cinnamon. It's one of my favorite flavors. I haven't tried other types of Vanilla or cream, so I'm looking into those. I am also thinking that a hint of fruit like blueberry could really do great things for this flavor. Or you could do chai tea that's popular in some parts of India and Nepal and make it sweeter and throw in some hints of butter.
In a hurry trying to get out of my office, so here is a recipe for a Chai base... use this at 5% to 10%.
25% Cardamom - Cap
25% Ginger - FW?
25% Green Tea - FW
20% Cinnamon - FW
5% Clove - FW
This was adapted from an Indian woman I used to work with. This is her mothers recipe for Chai Tea and was in her house at all times, breakfast lunch and dinner.
I can make it's own post for this if people are interested. Be careful with how much you use, this is very authentic, and very intense flavor. American palette may need to dilute with some form of vanilla flavoring,
I feel like I save pretty much every comment I come across from you, dude. Way to keep kicking out great info. By the way, I got my gremlin juices in today. While most of them are steeping (how long do they steep before ship?), I've been devouring Imp Dust . You're definitely on the right track with that one. By the way, I love your 30ml clear glass dripper bottles. Where can I get more of those?
