I'm happy to see the recent love for tobaccos. I have an order which should arrive this week. Making a Vanilla Bourbon Apple Tobacco.
I'm not sure a tobaccostone recipe is workable because of the huge variety of tobacco flavors available and that's the allure of tobaccos. Many of them are complex and function great as a base or on their own.
FA Desert Ship was mentioned and I've never had it but ECX Desert Ship is one of my favorite bases to build on. It's even quite good on it's own.
This is a simple 2 ingredient recipe that started out as "tobacco #7" and has turned into Desert Cig:
ECX Desert Ship 3%
ECX Real Cig 3%
As with all tobaccos the longer the steep, the better the flavor. Minimum of 1 week. I have a lot of tobacco recipes I'm working on.
A few other favorites of mine are:
ECX Cigar
ECX Captain
ECX Black Mile and Black Mile Plus
ECX French Pipe
FA Tobacco
FA Maxx Blend
FA 7 Leaves
Seedman Captain Black
Most of these mix well with apple, cherry, vanilla or any other creative spin you choose.
My favorite tobacco so far is Flavorah Flue Cured. I found I couldn't stand tobacco vapes once I switched from cigs, but this one is a winner for me. Their Virginia tobacco is also really good.
