0.5g? Not if you're mixing volumes lower than 2kg. 0.01g is what you want to mix 50g bottles.

This is 50x less sensitive.

Probably only going to be able to find the proper scales on the Internet. As the other guy said, you need 0.01g precision.

Yeah bought it on a whim from a restaurant store while picking up some knives. I knew I needed 0.01 of something but mixed up the oz and the grams. Also is the aws 501 still recommend beginner scale?
