After we released our first 20 flavors with everyone on this sub, I have been super exited to round out some of our offerings and get them into your hands. Sorry for the delays everyone. I know some of you have wondered what was taking so long.
Without further ado, I want to extend a 50% off promo for everyone this week (7/5-7/10) to grab some 15ml bottles of our current and new flavors. I think that you will be very pleased with them.

Okay so real quick,
Is this page kept up to date? http://www.flavorah.com/about/safety/
What amount of naturally occurring Diacetyl is in the mentioned flavors? What amount of AP/Acetoin is in the mentioned flavors? How are you going to alert us when those new formulations are in place? v2 description like capella?
I really like the transparency and attempt to create flavors that are "vape safe" so I expect you will make a mark in this community. Really looking forward to trying a few with this sale. Have a nice week and thanks for reaching out.
Yes, that page is up to date. We will put a time stamp above the table whenever it gets updated. Notice of new formulations will be in the flavor description, and also in our newsletter if you subscribe to it. It is our intention to NOT reformulate repeatedly, but that said we have several reformulations coming up: Coconut will become 3x concentration, coffee is going to become slightly more chocolaty, and tropical citrus will become more lemon/citrus in tone. ALL flavors we stock abide by our clean standards (39 components from the GRAS List removed) Regarding D/A/Ap, concentrations, let me try to answer that during business hours.
Any update on diketones? Hoping to place an order today and this will affect my choices in flavors.
Same here. I'm guessing quite a few of the new flavors will have diketones (cream, milk & honey, butterscotch, peanut butter, mocha). I'm thinking of just restocking on a couple old flavors and taking a chance with boysenberry & raspberry. I'm going to wait until tomorrow, but hopefully we'll get an answer!
Also, think it's possible we could get a list of the 39 components removed? There are a few others I'm trying to avoid (furfuryl alcohol, butyric acid, para anisaldehyde).
Well, the sale is over but I ended up taking a chance on a few flavors--hopefully we'll get that information soon. I appreciate transparency when it comes to potentially dangerous chemicals I'm going to be inhaling day after day (especially when it's a easily avoidable risk).
Liquid Barn provides a nice chart for their flavorings-- and this is something I'd like to eventually see at Flavorah and other "vape safe" flavoring companies. Having said that, I do enjoy my FLV flavors & thanks again for the reddit promotion!
I went for the promotion as well because why not, but I didn't purchase any of the flavors that were flagged for "naturally occurring" diacetyl or "trace amounts" of acetyl propionyl because it is impossible to identify what amount that means whether it is negligible or a concern. One of the bottles I received also suffered in the process of transportation and it seems like they tried to spray on the logo last minute and it came a part so I had to replace the half empty bottle with my own label.
They seem promising, the objective of the company is good, but a little more needs to go into transparency to market themselves the way they are.
The problem for me was that the new flavors weren't flagged for D or AP at all. The section that mentions naturally occurring diacetyl and "trace amounts" AP was for the first batch of flavors they released. MSDS (updated July 3) tells me nothing with regard to individual components.
Liquid Barn's chart (which I linked above) went a step ahead and actually lists PPM for D/A/AP. Going by that chart, "trace amounts" of AP could be anywhere from 280ppm to 35,000ppm!
I'll admit that diketones are absolutely delicious, but for me they are an avoidable risk. About 80% of my DIY is FlavourArt. Their vape line is entirely D/A/AP free and they have done extensive R&D.
Hi /u/joesphaa I just updated the saftey page. It was missing details on Raspberry, Cream, Strawberry, Caramel and Butterscotch which do contain traces of acetoin. I did not realize that this had not been updated when I told you that it had so /u/nikkotine 's point is well taken that these had not been adequately flagged. Also, thanks for pointing out Liquid Barn. Their safety layout in a table form has some elements that we will incorporate in the future. Sorry that you received a leaky/damaged bottle. We always replace them so send me an email and we will get you a replacement right away.
> Raspberry, Cream, Strawberry, Caramel and Butterscotch which do contain traces of acetoin
While I don't use Flavor West, it would be ideal if it could be presented in a form that they use that lists Diacetyl, Acetyl Propionyl, and Acetoin in columns and resulting concentrations of these compounds (except they don't actually update this list or can be trusted at all). I would like continue to be able to claim and honestly sell diketone free e liquid, I avoid using acetoin when I can, but it isn't currently as large as a red flag as Diacetyl and Acetyl Propionyl are until more sufficient research is conducted (looking at what does exist I'm trying to be safer than sorry when possible). So for me personally combining the two columns of Acetoin or Acetyl Propionyl isn't sufficient information to be able to make the claim because one of these compounds (acetoin) I tolerate for the time being in small quantiies, while I choose not to deal with Diacetyl or Acetyl Propionyl.

You didn't make mention of it yet but it would still be nice to hear about when you will be reformulating the recipes, and maybe a nice way to have some sort of notification system when that does happen so I can go ahead and use them (maybe an eta/email sent out when this happens?). I bought most of the flavors you guys sell during this promotion and I have to say more than a few of them were quiet great. I made a really nice ry4 using virginia tobacco and flu cured, a caramel macchaito incorporating a little bit of caramel and cream into a former recipe i had, as well as the milk and honey in a honey nut cheerios mix I have. I'm sure that with these steps you are taking you are poised to be a huge resource for the industry. I just hope that as you continue to brand yourselves as a flavor company with this specific interest you continue to follow through with all the steps.
Thanks for the tag/getting back to me, have a great rest of the weekend.

Don't miss out on the Boysenberry, this shit is amazing. The rest of the new ones smell delicious but I haven't had the opportunity still to sample them as single flavors. Hopefully get my tasting notes up soon but having trouble putting down my typical vapes to do some taste testing...
Which ones would you say are a must have? Only tried the Vanilla Custard and Strawberry.
The pink guava (really a grapefruit IMO) is a must have for me.
Awesome thanks for the code!
Do you know when Coffee will come back in stock? I don't know if I should wait, and by doing so if other items in my cart are gonna go out of stock :(
Edit: I just got off the phone with Brendon at FLV. He's basically to flavoring what Jake at Nude Nicotine is to nicotine! It's always awesome to speak to people so enthusiastic about their craft!
I currently do not own any flavorah flavorings but am going to make my first order soon. Besides boysenberry, what are some other great flavors ?
Vanilla Custard for sure (more like a vanilla pudding), Strawberry (jam-like), creme de menthe (almost Andes-like), blueberry muffin, blueberry, pink guava, banana.
Blueberry muffin tastes a bit floral to me for some reason. Peach is also a great flavor. Mix it at 1.5% with Blueberry at 1.5% (and whatever base) for good times
Flu Cured Tobacco is pretty good too.. Even as a shake 'n' vape
Coconut also has a nice flavor to it and probably could be vaped just by itself
I was JUST looking through old promo code posts (On Friday) seeing when/if anyone was running July 4th promos. I saw yours from 2 months ago and was bummed that it was over... Guess I have no excuse to not order now.
edit AND you take paypal... damnit.
They take paypal or you can pay on the site with CC.
Where are the 4oz and how much are they?
they seemed to be listed under wholesale, i just tried but doesn't look like the 50%off applies to the 4 oz bottles :(
:'(
There are several different price points. Here a link for sorting Flavorah 4oz
Do you not do sample packs anymore?
Yeah, it made inventory control a real pain, and substitutions were easy to miss if they were made with the order or separately by email. This way you can just get the same $price as the promo we did that was 2for1 multipacks, but instead of being stuck with the flavors in the multipack, just order whichever ones you want.
i hear reallly good things about that boysenberry. Gald to see you guys back, you've been missed.
Why are some of the 15ml almost 13 bucks? Why the price increase on some? Just curious.
Edit: Nevermind. Found the answer in the other thread.
what was the answer?
The reason is that several of our flavors are significantly more expensive to make, and several are even more highly concentrated (mix at 1-2%). We would rather make them available without diluting them.
This is great.. Anyone in Toronto wants to go in on an order with me to reduce shipping costs? I've got my order ready but the shipping is $16.
I placed my order before you commented. I had it shipped to my friend in Michigan instead to save on shipping. I definitely would have included you. Next time!
Is the cinnamon crunch something I could mix with vg/pg as a single flavor recipe and get the cinnamon crunch flavor without any milky flavoring?
Until we get an review up for that flavoring it is hard to know. Cinnamon Crunch is one of a few newer flavors that many people haven't had the chance to try yet.
Just placed an order and even after review I forgot Boysenberry. I tried to call you guys but no answer. Can I get you to add it if I PM my order #, /u/flavorah?
