Thank you to all contributors of this subreddit.

Just wanted to say thank you for all the useful information posted on this subreddit. I pulled the trigger last night on a quart of pg and a quart of vg, as well as 10 different flavors, syringes, etc. Have been wanting to do this for such a long time but just seemed so overwhelmed with placing an order until I found this place. Thanks again.

Syringes are fine for starting, but try mixing with a scale sometime. There are many threads on mixing by weight here. Good luck in your mixing endeavors :)

I finally switched just yesterday and making juices just got incredibly easier. Have no idea why I waited so long to do make the switch and I am not looking back!

Which scales are you guys using? I'm considering buying one today if they're that much better.

Welcome. After 3 months of mixing my own, it is a lot of fun. Because of the info I read mostly on this site, I have only had pour a couple down the drain (what is a nickel or dime anyway). Every other one has been either OK, or better than most store-bought juices. Yes, get the scales. I have only been using mine for 2 days now, and can't believe that I had been doing without them. Sidebar "botboys guide to mixing by weight". Now it no longer feels like a chore to mix a new batch or two. Have fun!!

Speaking of which, I have 10 or more bottles waiting to be poured down the drain... Most of them are raspberry recipes. Yuck! So far every raspberry is disgusting.
