can anyone give me some ideas on how I can use this flavor. I'm stumped. Has anyone had any luck with it?
0.1-0.6% in an egg recipe. Egg nog, custards, flan, caramels.
Anything over that is way too strong IMHO. But when I used it in egg nog (at 0.2% IIRC) it really added a nice inhale note.
Edit -- it appears I tried it in my failed caramel cream coffee blend but my notes say it actually enhanced coffee when used at 0.1-0.2%. I don't recall at all, though.
Edit 2 -- this dude uses it at holy crap 8%: /r/DIY_eJuice/comments/2w0dkq/cinto_cruncho/
It smells fairly strong. I would be afraid of it in high %. I hope it stays good til Christmas. I may try to use it then.
Don't always trust your nose, though. Aroma is a complicated mix of taste buds, olfactory receptors and the brain doing a dance.
I wish TPA would release their component analysis of it so I could see what's in the stuff.
I know when you buy rumchata, it comes with (or that came with) a recipe card. Look up drink recipes online.
It didn't or at least mine didn't but that's a good idea. I'll look up drinks. Thanks!
I haven't bought a bottle of that in a couple of years.

Maybe this can help too. This is my horchata recipe.
