I've never been but definitely wanting to go this year, only about 10 minutes away from me so I might check it out.

Went last year, and I'll be back again this year. I'd really like to see some flavoring companies show.

If the traveling costs weren't so far out of my budget I'd be there in a heartbeat.

If you are heading in as a consumer, do not expect as much free juice as last year. Partial speculation on my part, but over the past year most vape conventions have dialed that back almost completely.

The most I'll do, ever, is Vapercon:West (I live there and it's free). I'd go for free shit but with meanrockSD saying they don't do that anymore, what'd be the point? Watch other people vape?

Awkward, I'm flying in from Australia just for ECC :(

I lied a bit, it's not just for ECC - but it will be a trip based entirely around vaping! The plan is to spend 2 weeks around the LA area visiting a bunch of vape shops. In Australia it's not very popular due to nicotine laws (can't sell the stuff here), so transitioning takes some effort.

Trying to talk /u/inertiacreeping into coming, but he's playing hard to get. Have 3 people in our Aussie posse so far and we'll be attending the b2b days too, so hopefully the entire trip will be a tax deduction for us.

It's a good place to find rare items; things like plasma bell caps for kayfun or titanium wire in an unusual gauge. If you don't mind dropping a few dollars you can get very good deals, I know of 2 juice lines that will be selling a 5x15ml sample pack for $20. Smaller vendors are usually open to haggle too. There have been a ton of raffles at the last 2 conventions I attended for business. Localvape likes to give out swag bags with shirts/juice, but only ~100 every 2 hours. I just hope cosmic fog isn't throwing hail Mary's into the crowd again. Up to you if it's worth the price of admission, anything else you can get online.
