Is there a vendor that sells flavorings from TFA, CAP, and Lorann? Forgive me if I missed it somewhere...

AFAIK wizlabs also has the best prices for Capella (they rebottle in vials, whereas most vendors sell in original 13ml dropper bottles)

They have a large selection of inawera and hangsen, but cost a cpl cents more on TFA than wizard labs.

if you hadn't mentioned lorann's, I'd also recommend BCV. I still use wizlabs for bulk Capella and when BCV is out of a TFA flavor.

Bcv is really fast generally as well. Never waited more than 4 days start to finish shipping to Oregon

they are also way cheaper on shipping in my experience than wizard. I've been very happy with bcv.

I see a bunch of people saying Bullcity Vapors and they do carry basically every brand but they are pricey as hell compared to Heartland Vapes. 4oz at HLV for ~8.25 is ~18 at Bullcity Vapors.

Edit: After looking at a few different flavors on both websites, it would seem some are much closer in price, but HLV is still cheaper.
