THUG BREAKFAST (MAX VG)
- Catalan Cream (FA) 6%
- Vanilla (Inawera) 1%
- Hazlenut (TFA) 1%
- Koolada [10%] (TFA) 3%
- Fuji Apple (FA) 0.5%

That's a lot of koolada, anything above 1% is too much for me (and I smoked menthol before switching to vaping).
When you buy koolada from TFA, does it already come as 10%, or should I dilute it? oh, and this recipe looks great, I just need Catalan cream and Apple, any alternatives to the cream?
The TFA version is mixed at 10% already.
The Catalan provides the yummy sugar covered pastry flavor of the apple danish. I haven't experimented much in this category so I can't provide an alternative.

Interesting the Catalan Cream is like triple the usual recommended %, how long do you steep before it's tasting as intended? I'm down to try this once I get some INW Vanilla.
I agree, I usually use catalan in low doses, but I wanted to get it's full body and it really is excellent all on its own at 6%. you could replace this vanilla with just about any raw vanilla flavour. i shook the crap out of it and left it open over night, another good shake in the morning and it's pretty excellent. after about a week it's even better (no surprise here)
what are your thoughts on subbing FW Hazelnut for TFA?
probably non issue... maybe lower the % to .5 since tfa seems like its always a bit weaker... i dont have any FW hazelnut, but I encourage you to try it out! I'm dying for some feedback.
i just mixed this...i used fa vanilla classic instead of INW and fw hazelnut. this is really good! i actually don't ever use koolada or menthol because I vape and drive a lot and have read about menthol/dui's

Sounds interesting. Could I use a normal TFA apple or green apple TFA instead of the Fuji or is that an important part? And am I ok to use DX hazelnut instead?
I've never tried tfa apple or green apple. are they insanely potent? because fuji really is. This recipe has only an undertone of apple, the dominant flavor is the catalan and hazelnut. and yup, dx hazelnut should be fine :) let me know how it goes!
I've got all of them, Fuji apple is hands down the best juicy apple taste I've found but tfas even though a simpler flavour feels more rounded. Tfas apples are sweeter but that probably won't make a huge difference. Probably best to use it at 2-6%, I'd guess about 5%. Maybe stronger though, add a few drops to a shot glass with the other ingredients at the same ratios and see how it all mixes together!
Koolada seems a bit weird for this flavor profile?
6% Catalan Cream sounds interesting, I only have FA Hazelnut though which is very raw tasting, maybe I'll try this with a very low % and use some other vanilla.
