CAP Chocolate Fudge Brownie Review
submitted over 10 years ago by LukeG

I mentioned I was ordering this and had a couple people ask for an update once I got it. For reference, I have over 100 flavors (CAP and TFA mostly with some LA) and have been doing diy mixing for about 6 months now.

***The CAP CFB has alcohol in it, so I recommend a thorough shake and then leaving the cap off for a couple days to let the alcohol evaporate. I had read this somewhere else and it worked like a charm. Vaping it without doing this is horrible, don't ask how I know.

The flavor is exceptionally good. I'm a chocoholic so this review is probably a bit partial, but I feel like they nailed it in smell and taste. I've been through about 5ml of the flavor by itself at 5% (70/30) with one drop of sucralose (10%) and loving it. I wanted to get a sense of the flavor before I start mixing with it. Already conjuring up some chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream in my head, but it will take some testing as the CAP choco brownie is pretty overpowering. I'm thinking about keeping it at around 1% for that or even lower. Will update as I make progress on that recipe.

Anyways, if you are thinking about trying it, go for it. CAP choco fudge brownie is super tasty!

If anyone has any good recipes for this flavor, I'd love to see them.

It sure smells good, think I have a 5ml bottle I mixed at 8% but haven't tried yet. (I mixed up 30 to 40 flavors that I hadn't tested individually yet, lol)

Be sure to steep it for a couple days with the cap off!

Thanks for the tip on letting the alcohol evaporate... I may have to revisit the flavoring after giving that a go. I mixed some up at 7% fresh out of the bottle... and while it wasn't terribly bad, it certainly wasn't what I was expecting in terms of a wonderful chocolate vape.

Haha, same here. I took a big hit and it tasted like ass. I looked at the bottle and saw the alcohol and knew that is what it was. After sitting for a couple days with the cap off it is awesome! No more alcohol nastiness.

Is there caramel coloring in this flavor? I love chocolate vapes, but typically avoid because all the coloring gunks up my rig.

It doesn't state that it has caramel coloring, but it is really dark. I'm holding it up to my monitor and I cannot see through the liquid dark.

No idea, let us know how it is!

V2 or RF ? Since there's alcohol in it, they are making newer RF versions. RF is reduced flashpoint. I think this is to help shipping restrictions.

I have used this one. It is great with vanilla custard and french vanilla. Since it is dark I used a small amount but I really liked this chocolate flavoring. I haven't used it as a main flavor but more an accent but it's still really good.

I have tried it with vanilla custard and it didn't reach my expectations for this mix. How do you balance those flavors?

I do 10% flavoring so that's 3 ml total of flavoring per 30 ml bottle and used 1 ml each of the fudge brownie, vanilla custard, and Bavarian cream. 2.5 ml of 36 mg nicotine and the rest vg. Comes out to around 80% vg mix.
