What's the deal? Followed the recipe on here, made a batch last night and all I can taste is cake batter. Is there some miraculous change after a week? recipe: Cake Batter (CAP) 3%

Graham Cracker (TPA) 3%

New York Cheesecake (CAP) 2%

Pineapple (TPA) 2%

Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP) 4%

It should die down after a couple days. You may want to try it at 2% as well. Cake batter takes over for me most of the time.

I love cake batter. It just completely killed and buried every other flavor in the mix. Cake batter is a murderous tyrant and I will not stand for it.

Cap cake batter is pretty potent. I've found it needs a week to mellow out, IMO

I made this as well and the pineapple came through strongest for me. Died down after a few days and the cake began to come forward. Pineapple was definitely at the forefront for me though.

I think I'm gonna remix this with lower cake batter. Maybe compare the 2 after a week.

honestly I have like 30 flavors so I have yet to try again. If I find a better mix I will update here.

Strange.. this clone is pretty much 99.9% spot on to the real thing in my mind.. Huge pineappley goodness on the inhale with some cakey/angel food on the back end exhale.

Try lowering cake batter down to 1.5-2% maybe?

I substituted

2.5% Pineapple .5% Mango 3% FA Vienna Cream 1% Toasted Marshmallow (Taking out Vanilla custard)

and I'm loving it. glad I took a gamble and mixed a 30ml bottle of it! thanks guys

Some people really like cake batter, to me its only good in really small amounts or it just tastes really peppery and harsh. .5-1% would be better.
