Yum! I'd personally add 1-2% of bav cream or sweet cream, mostly because I feel cooler when my mixes are complex, has nothing to do with it actually being better.

The bavarian cream and the sweet cream seem a bit high to me. I never go above 1% on the sweet cream, especially if you plan on steeping it. Gets funky. Bavarian cream I do 1% too... But the arrangement of flavors looks nice. People's percentages are always different.
Agreed. I'm thinking of getting rid of sweet cream altogether since I never feel that it really adds anything positive to my mixes. Whipped cream I like a lot more and there isn't any funkiness to it
