So I'm struggling with getting vg into my plastic bottles. Right now im just using 100ml bottle with a dripper tip and pouring it into the top of the bottle but if i move slightly it hits the edge of the bottle and because vg is so thick quickly creates a bubble and causes vg to go everywhere. My question is has anyone found a better way to fill narrow top plastic bottles thats fast and easy?
Squeeze your juice bottle as you add the VG. If it backs up you can release the tension on the juice bottle and that will suck the VG right into the bottle preventing the clog.

not something ive tried, but thought of when having this problem, buy a box of coffee stirer straws or cocktail straws, theyre tiny little hollow straws, if you put one in the bottle as you fill it, it will create a protected way for the air to escape the bottle and avoid the bubble, yes it takes away from the circumpherence of the hole you're filling but you now have a soulution to you're problem
Heat your VG, and use a big syringe, the kind with the plastic tip, not luer lock.
I kinda wanted to avoid heating vg as the problem is more apparent when im mixing 1-3 liters at a time in 50ml bottles. And keeping the vg hot would be a pain i'd imagine.
edit: although if you know an effective way to keep liters of vg hot at time my ears are open (or rather my eyes?)
Get a LDPE yorker 120 ml+ bottles or something that can pour the juice. Then once you make it you can pour it in a huge bottle and just squeeze into smaller bottles.
This is what I do. I have to snip the yorker tops to dispense quickly enough. You can still experience overflow because of that if it catches the side of the bottles. YOU CAN, I won't, but you can actually insert the nozzle into the bottle you are filling and then squeeze (I don't due to fear of cross contamination though).
It takes some practice to get the squeeze down perfect but I probably have less than 1 out of 100 overflow on me when it gets backed up nowadays and I can fill a 30ml with VG in about 6 seconds.

Cost under a buck each at your local Walmart and they work very well. I mix by weight and use borosilicate beakers but the tip of the linked bottles will fit into a pretty small opening.
I'm using similar bottles right now problem is if you snug them into the tip they can't let out air and you have to pump the vg into the bottle. And that takes a good few minutes to fill up a 50ml bottle. I'm hoping to find a way to fill a 50ml bottle vg in the same time it would take to fill it with water.
I mix by weight as well, but i add vg last and just fill my bottles to the top every time.
I think above posters idea of heating vg would be the fastest method when used with a small funnel to combat bad aim.
Off topic, kind of, but what do you use for your nic?
When I first started out I bought a smaller bottle (120ml) of nicotine. When the bottle was starting to get low, I ordered a 500ml bottle.
I cleaned out the 120 ml bottle and kept it. When the 500ml bottle arrived, I put about 100 ml into my original (now empty) bottle and then but the rest of the 500ml bottle in my freezer. I can keep the smaller bottle in a fridge I have in my 'mixing room' or man cave as my wife calls it.
With syringes what I do is tilt the syringe just a bit, because the syringe in one bottle fits snug. Tilting the syringe allows air to flow in, preventing any VG from getting pushed out by pressure between the syringe and bottle. That may or may not work for you.
Get wide-mouth bottles like these and realize that you'll never go back to the tiny-necked bottles again!
