Sorry in advance if this is common knowledge, but I just found this at Mama J's. Regardless of HIC being a dingus, these notes are absolutely incredible. Everybody who uses FA should totally take a look at this.
P.S. have a simple rainy day recipe!
Nut Cream
- (TFA) Bavarian Cream 3%
- (FA) Marshmallow 2.5%
- (FA) Coconut 1.5%
- (TFA) Pineapple 1%

The list keeps growing... I'll have to keep an eye on that, thank you!
Unrelated, but I just wanted to say thanks for your key lime pie recipe! I got both of my roommates off of cigs with it haha. I find it best adding the limes in fresh to the steeped base.
Can I haz recipie pleaze!

Uh oh. Hope you got his express permission to post a link to something he wrote! He might make a passive-aggressive sticky post on VU about you now.
Dang, no forest fruit notes. still trying to figure that one out. i used it in place of pomegranate in his brookside recipe and was left just confused.
To me forest fruits is a berry blend... A "dark" berry blend if that makes sense. Think of strawberry compared to a blackberry or black currant. Strawberry would be a bright berry. I used it at 1% no issues but I could see going up to 2%. I used it in a cereal clone in place of TFA Berry Crunch with no issues... but I do not see it being a good substitute for pomegranate.
thanks for the reply.
i wasn't attempting to "sub" for pomegranate, if you check the discussion surrounding the recipe, there's brief mention of using forest fruit instead of pom. HIC even calls it a "dark" berry like you do.
using it as a "sub" for berry crunch is an interesting thought, though.
Yeah I don't know. Some of HIC's recipes are spot on to me while others I taste nothing like what is described. It could have to do with our vaping styles/devices. I believe he uses clearomizer and ego-like devices. (Nothing wrong with that but it's a bit different than my setup in which flavors are more pronounced) I usually have to back up on the percentages even moreso than they are.
Thanks for posting this! It's going to save me a lot of time.
What's the difference between FA Marshmallow and TPA Marshmallow?
