I realized my replies to those interested in buying this were hefty. I know I didn't plan on spending $200 on this project.

I still want to help, so I'll offer a cheaper solution:

Pick up a fairly inexpensive dresser like this one

Combine them with a bunch of these drawer dividers

Bonus: Screw 4 casters onto the bottom so we can wheel our carts around together!

This setup won't be nearly as durable as a custom made one. I test all my creations by jumping on them, and 500+ bottles of liquid weighs a lot. However, it would be a LOT better than the dozens of amazon boxes with no actual organization like I was using.

So my other hobby is woodworking, and when I'm not making juice for the business, I'm usually doing it at home instead.

This means like a lot of you, I have a ton of flavors.

I spent this weekend making a dresser-like contraption with ball bearing drawer slides and dividers so my Boston rounds aren't always clanking around. It's also on 4" casters so I can move it to where I want to play.

Umm, so, like, how much to buy one? Serious inquiry; I just bought 60 flavor, and I'd like an organized place to put them.

This was about 200 in materials:

  • $34 - 3/4 plywood for the frame
  • $34 - better 1/2 plywood for the drawers
  • $30 - eBay ball bearing drawer slides
  • $12 - drawer handles
  • $14 - hardboard drawer bottoms
  • $30 - hard maple drawer fronts
  • $14 - divider wood
  • $16 - 4" wheels
  • $5 - random wood for the top
  • $7 - 1/4 gallon of paint
  • $3 - poly for the other wood

Plus 12 hours of labor and a lot of expensive tools.

All that being said, I would build one for $400, and next day air is only $950 from ups.

Yeah, I don't think shipping costs would allow this transaction. Ups ground says 215 for something this size and weight.

However, if you're close to the St Louis area, we can talk

Now this is epic. How much would you charge for these? If you'd even have the time, that is. As you can see, quite a few people here already seem very interested.

Holy shit, I would buy the fuck out of this. Tell me the bottom drawer holds your gallons of PG/VG and other supplies?

This is 3 drawers that hold 1oz bottles and 3 drawers that hold 4oz. I'll be making another soon that should be able to hold most of my other supplies.

I work just to support my hobbies...

I make enough to live the american dream (rest of my life in debt), keep the kids fed, and have a couple hobbies. So I'm very fortunate and happy.

Granted, all the tax free months I spent in the desert is what paid for the hobbies.
