Lemon Pound Cake - Pretty good first try

Hey all, been lurking and talking but never posted a recipe. I whipped this up a few nights ago and I really like it. It is almost exactly what I was going for. Here is the recipe:

3% Lemon Sicily (FA)
4% Yellow Cake (FW)
2% Graham Cracker Clear (TFA)
1% New York Cheesecake (CAP)
3% Vanilla Custard (TFA)
2% Custard (FA)
3% Cake Batter (CAP)
1.5% Meringue (old school) (FA)
1 drop per 10 ml of Biscuit (INW)

I mix this at 70VG/30PG and have been using a .2ohm macro coil that is a parallel 24g 4 wrap in a Mutation X V4 RDA. Not sure the mm of screwdriver I use.

So far I have gone through 10ml of it and I am liking it a lot. It is very flavorful. I might tone down the cake batter a touch because it is definitely very rich but I like that 'in your face' flavor. I welcome any suggestions of course. Cheers.

If you like a lemon zest type flavor I suggest a little bergamot.

This looks very tasty! I'll probably tweak the flavor percentage down just a tad, and I'm missing the Cake Batter and Biscuit, but I imagine I can work around that somehow... I'll give it a shot at least. :) Thanks for sharing!

FA's Cookie may be a suitable sub for Biscuit if you have it.

It does seem a bit heavy on the cake batter. I'll probably reduce cake batter by 1% and add 1% cake

Yes, this is my thought as well. The longer it steeped, the more cakey it got which I should have expected. I suppose my recipe is premature but a good foundation nonetheless. I would like to incoporate another lemon on my next flavor order.

Ended up with 4.5 cake and 2.5 cake batter. I subbed cookie for Biscuit as i don't have any. I also added .3 AP.. Not sure why. Definitely one of the best recipes I've found, thanks again.

Just tried making a batch of this. It's a bit...sharp...is steep necessary or is it good straight away? I did 4.5 Yellow cake 2.5 Cake batter

and subbed Cookie for the Biscuit @ 1 drop per 10ML.

70/30 mix.

I would absolutely let it steep. 1 week is deinitely advised. I give all my mixes a hot water bath so i tend to vape it in a couple days. I also air the bottle out overnight to let those sharp volatiles escape.
