This is ridiculously frustrating...
submitted over 10 years ago by SirTimmyTimbit

I ran out of TFA sweet cream so I went to bull city to buy some.

While I was there I saw a few flavors come in stock that I've been meaning to get. Awesome, I added them to the cart.

Then I realized bull city didn't have TFA Sweet Cream in >30ml so I went to ecigexpress.

Like bull city, ecigexpress had it only in 10ml. I thought since I'm here already I might as well pick it up from here along with some Tobacco Express flavors. The shipping is only $2.50 and they have a 10% off code!. Plus I saw CAP Sweet Cream and I figured it's worth a shot because it doesn't have AP/D unlike TFA.

I looked around some more, added a few more things to the cart. Next thing I know I'm checking out $50 worth of stuff combined from both of these stores.

What the hell, I thought, $50 wouldn't get me 1/20th of the juice I'm gonna make with all of this stuff. Nevermind that I ordered $200 worth of flavors just 3 weeks ago, It's definitely worth it!

They both shipped this morning. I was so happy, I'm gonna get them by the weekend!

I checked the invoices and there's no TFA Sweet Cream in any of them.

I forgot/accidentally removed the only thing I was out to buy.

If you're a fan of TFA flavors, I recommend ordering directly from them. The prices are similar to what you'd find from vendors like BullCity and ecigexpress. You can convert your TFA account for free to a bulk account so you can order 4 oz or greater sizes. I've never come across a flavor of theirs that wasn't in stock yet. It beats having to hunt down the flavors you want from multiple online vendors and paying multiple shipping fees. You can even order PG and VG from TFA.

I've been buying through them lately and love it. Quick shipping and if you convert to bulk those 4oz bottles are nothing short of amazing.

Prices aren't that similar for the smaller sizes. $4.00 for 30ml at BVC compared to $3.25 for 15ml at TFA, which is 63% higher than BVC on a per ml basis. What kind of container does TFA provide? As a by-weight mixer, I like the dropper bottles that BVC and ECigExpress provide. What I don't like, however, is being out of stock or not even carrying certain TFA flavors to begin with.

That one is $9.25 at BVC (out of stock of course) and a ridiculous $17.49 at EcigExpress. I'm only mixing for myself so I'll never need concentrates in that size.

I've never purchased anything smaller than their 4oz bottles, which don't come with dropper tops, so I can't say what kind of bottles the 30ml or less are shipped in.

We're slowly improving inventory & flavor availability over here @ ECX :)

Yah it can be a bit of a pain. I haven't had the need to order too many 4oz flavors so it hasn't been that big of a problem.

On the bright side most of these sites offer free shipping at around $50-70. If I can't hit the limit first class usually costs around $2-4.

I don't think TFA offers free shipping on any amount, nor do they offer first class shipping. That's why I stick with the re-bottlers :/

I've only ever seen UPS ground from them. At least $10 shipping no matter what :(

Good thing I always buy 4oz+ bottles lol

Ouch, thats frustrating. But this:

>I ran out of TFA sweet cream so I went to bull city to buy some. > > While I was there I saw a few flavors come in stock that I've been meaning to get. Awesome, I added them to the cart. > > Then I realized bull city didn't have TFA Sweet Cream in >30ml so I went to ecigexpress. > > Like bull city, ecigexpress had it only in 10ml.

Iis a great description of what still drives me nuts the most about DIY. So tired of ordering from ten different sites every time I need to stock up. And then to make it more annoying I mix by weight these days so I only want sites that sell flavorings in bottles. So that rules out a couple and makes it even more difficult.

I feel your pain. Capella doesn't have any economy shipping options, only $13 minimally for FedEx ground. FYL :\
