Boardwalk - a cold strawberry banana milkshake a recipe for the summa'time
submitted over 10 years ago by EnyawreklawMixologist
  • Banana Cream (TFA) - 6%
  • Sweet Strawberry (CAP) - 5%
  • Cheesecake Graham Crust (TFA) - 4%
  • Meringue (FA) - 2%
  • Fresh Cream (FA) - 1%
  • Vienna Cream (FA) - 2%
  • Brown Sugar Xtra (TFA) - 1%
  • AP - 0.5%
  • MTS Wizard (FA) - 1 drop per 15ml
  • Koolada (TFA) - 2 drops per 5ml or to desired effect
  • Mixed at Max VG Steeped overnight

A sweet strawberry with banana flavor, with a slight cooling effect to further perfect the ice cream. This stuff is an extremely easy, quick, and delicious summertime vape. Perfect on a hot day by the pool with a margarita or pina coolada. All my friends have been vaping the shit out of this, and I can't keep any in stock for myself.

The flavor profiles are simple, which is exactly what you want when creating light, summer vapes. When you vape in the summer you want an easy, sweet, and refreshing vape, as opposed to a complex, whole, hearty one. The Sweet Strawberry (can be replaced with TFA Strawberry) and Banana Cream make the fruit flavors, and the star of the mix. On the back end you get the ice cream flavors where all the creams listed play an important role. The Cheesecake adds a malty effect. The Meringue, Fresh, and Vienna Cream, make the ice cream flavor, while the BSE sweetens it. The Cheesecake also adds body to the creams, and pulls them all together. The MTS Wizard turns everything together while the AP pulls out the cream slightly more, otherwise the creams kind of get lost in the fruit and koolada. The koolada adds the "ice" cream and is essential in making this flavor from a boring, everyday strawberry banana milkshake, to a fun interesting refreshing one. I'm telling you this is going to be a lot of peoples adv, especially newbies because there's not much to think about, yet all the flavors react perfectly and smoothly. ENJOY FUCKERS!

I hear you, I feel like the guys over at BVC are getting sick of me! But it's a wonderful fruity, creamy, AND refreshing vape and like I said it's my best seller right now!

Finally some good summer time shares, thanks! I will have to mix this up. BCV is tired of me for sure lol, but such an awesome group of guys. Each time Jeff sees my email or name I'm sure he is like not again. I think they just like taking my money. :)

Maybe you can sub for something like Vanilla Bean Ice Cream TFA? Anything with vanilla and cream might work, just adjust the % accordingly.

Dude, over 20% flavoring??? NO!!!!!! /jk

Seriously though, this looks pretty damn good. I don't have the Koolada, but I'll make it without. Thanks for the share! :)

Yeah the % is a little higher than I usually make, and honestly it could probably be reformulated to around 17-18% I just think this recipe does well REALLY potent.

Lol I was just making fun of all the minimalists on the site. Personally I feel a juice is as strong as it needs to be.

I vape pure VG while looking at my flavors, still too potent for me. Got a problem?

I don't really know much about DIY but I am curious how good this would tastes sans the banana and koolada. Regardless saving this for my inevitable venture to DIY sooner or later.

I just mixed this up to give to my husband since he's been dying for a milkshake vape. I was thinking I wouldn't like it, since I am not super excited about strawberry banana. Holy shit was I wrong. This is amazing and I love it. Thank you so much for sharing!

Excellent so glad you like it! I find banana rounds out strawberries perfectly and imo is just a wonderful flavor. If you're more of a sweet and tart fruit lover I've got a Strawberry Kiwi flavor coming up that'll blow you away.

I have a vanilla kiwi that I could just like...eat. So I would be very excited for strawberry kiwi!

This looks really great! Im going to make this shortly when I get home! Somehow I don't have Koolada could I use FLV menthol or anything from them? I have everything else.

Menthol idk, because koolada doesn't add any mint flavoring really. It could possibly work, but that mint is going to really sharpen the strawberries and banana flavors, almost to the point of over sharpening and skewing the flavor. So I would hold off until you get some koolada. That being said the recipe absolutely doesn't need Koolada, it's delicious without, it's just an extra added effect. But if you can figure out a way to add that menthol without changing the flavor profiles too much than by all means give it a go. And don't worry, I have a Mojito Flavor in the works where menthol is 100% needed!

Right on sounds great! I think I am either going to add like one drop or just leave it out completely or make a mix of both...

I actually just got an order in today which included Koolada...Forgot I bought it. Just placed another order for it two hours ago....Atleast I wont be running out!

haha two bottles of koolada should last you a life time since you really only use a few drops every time.

How did you discover that AP brings out the ice cream?

A little late to the game, but I'm green as shit with the DIY thing and I'm probably about to bite off more than I can chew with this one, but it sounds too damn delicious.

I only have TFA Cheesecake. After watching your latest strawberry vanilla bean ice cream video I'm understanding that you use the cheesecake with graham for the dairy aspect and the graham to bring out the vanilla notes. Will I suffer a lot with using plain cheesecake? Or can I bump up my Vienna cream 0.5%?

Appreciate the hell out of your posts and videos, by the way. I'm a bit of a juice queen and spend WAY to much a week so I'm crossing my fingers that DIY pans out for me

Do yourself a favor, throw your TFA Cheesecake in the garbage. TFA Cheesecake (Graham Crust) is a completely different flavor and one that is used a lot so pick that one up for sure. Also, you can omit it but its going to make your vape feel a little more thin. Maybe you can supplement with another thick cream, something like marshmallow or cake batter.

by Schmigdonover 10 years ago

Will do. Thanks brother. I'll test it out with marshmallow while I'm waiting for the proper cheesecake to arrive.

Thank you for this, turned out really great, exactly as you described.

thanks so much for this recipe! Its very tasty. I personally realize that I don't like that thick buttery taste that you get from cheesecake graham crust. I was thinking about subbing in whipped cream tfa but since cake batter was suggested I think I will try that first. I have cake batter in CAP. im making the original recipe for my friend right now with zero nic. She was in love with it! You guys rock!

Also I love strawberry ripe. I was thinking of dropping the banana cream to 5% and cap sweet straw to 3% and using strawberry ripe at 3%? Any ideas on that?

This is soo much better once it ages! I could hardly taste the fruit and koolada at first! Didn't vape it for a few days, just picked it back up... and WOA! tis good!! Only 1/3rd of a 30ml bottle left, I'd better mix more before I run out.

Do you have a list of recipes somewhere that you've created? So far I love your Cereal milk and boardwalk, and it's a pain trying to sift through all of someone's posts.
