Finally made a Blueberry Cream that works for me
submitted over 10 years ago by WaterFlourYeastMixologist

After looking around at other peoples blueberry creams, testing multiple batches, and making overly complex recipies, I have finally made a blueberry cream that I like.

I've found many of the blueberry creams I've tried to be either too harsh or to creamy without a blueberry taste. Although I feel like this recipie has a good balance between the two.

8-11% Blueberry Wild (TFA) (based on personal preference, I use 10%)

2% Bavarian Cream (TFA) (any more just drowns out the blueberry taste, could even consider cutting back to 1.5%)

3% Sweet Cream (TFA) (classic in most blueberry cream juices)

1-2% Cotton Candy (TFA) (for sweetness/fullness) (I use 2% although i might try dropping to 1%)

Let me know what you guys think!

This is good, son. I love how the blueberry is still prominent. I might try adding in .8% FA Meringue, but it's a pretty good ADV so far.

I added it at 1.5% and added FA Bilberry at .5%. It was pretty damn delicious.

I have all these and I'll be trying it later! I've had a lot of luck adding .5% FA Bilberry to anything blueberry to add some darker blueberry tastes.

FA Bilberry is a winner for sure when working with blueberry!

Instead of the creams I use 1% cap french vanilla and 5% tfa vanilla swirl. Its pretty good will try yours and compare. Also will try adding bilberry I got it and haven't used it for anything yet.

French Vanilla and vanilla swirl is a banging combo.

I just tried 10% blueberry wild, 1% French vanilla, 5% vanilla swirl. Tastes excellent even without time to steep/blend. Well played sir.

It's what I use as the vanilla base in my orange/pineapple/strawberry mix. Give it a day or 2 and the vape just gets even smoother. I'm a firm believer in the FV/VS combo.

Is this French vanilla v1 or v2? I have v2 and it's never seemed especially strong/flavourful. I should try it with VS, that one is great.

Sounds great! I think I'll try this tonight. Cotton Candy is nothing more than EM right? I have EM and sucralose but no cotton candy.

Almost the same as mine, but I also use 2% TFA Vin Bean ice Cream

Does anyone else find 19-20% flavour way too much or is the blueberry really weak? I rarely mix above 11-12% it seems.

Blueberry is a super weak flavor, easily will get overpowered by anything you add, especially creams

Fair enough, I've only got the Capella blueberry.

Try .75 cake batter (cap) .75 bavarian cream (tfa) And .75 blueberry (wild)(tfa)

For a smurf cake that wont make you sick

Tried this out and it tastes great! I had to use the DX Bavarian Cream, since Wizard labs was out of stock. Being totally new at the DIY method I have a question about percentages of flavorings. When you say 8-11% Blueberry Wild, does that mean that 8-11% of your total concoction is just that flavor? In other words, say I'm making a 30ml batch, is 10% Blueberry wild 3mls?

yessir. Try using e-liquid-recipies.com to get the exact mls or weights for any size juice!

Very delicious and simple mix! I don't have cotton candy so i subbed it for TFA Vanilla bean ice cream just to fill up the throat hit and it goes very well with the recipe. Thanks for the contribution

Have everything but the sweet cream (which is in my cart for my next flavor order) so I'll save this for when it arrives. Will probably drop the Blueberry wild just a smidge and add .5% bilberry. It adds a really nice depth to blueberry.

Very nice! Try another version with some TFA vanilla swirl around 3-5% in it. I dont have the blueberry that high but thats just my preference
