Trying to nail a caramel, banana, coconut flavor

Hello,

Recently I've been tweaking around with a caramel, banana, coconut flavor and I'm just looking for some notes on the current recipe.

6% banana cream (LA)

1% cotton candy (TFA)

4% Caramel (TFA)

1.5% Coconut Extra (TFA)

1% Sweetener (TFA)

2% milkstone v3

What I'm looking for is a nice banana caramel flavor with coconuty undertones on a light cream base

My thoughts right now are adding 1 drop/10ml ripe banana

EDIT: It was just... wrong?

I haven't heard of many people trying this flavor but as a kid my mother would make a dessert of bananas with caramel topping and coconut flakes.

The original %s I pulled outta my ass hoping to get close to this but as Nicobeak pointed out I had a lot of redundant flavors in there (ie. Milkstone).

Right now it's like a light caramel/banana cream with an overpowering coconut taste

My 2 cents, take fwiw.

I don't care for TFA caramel at all. I'd use TFA caramel candy, or another company all together. Same with coconut extra. FA coconut is much better for something like this imo. You could likely drop the cotton candy out, possibly the sweetener too. Adding some ripe banana would go well I think. Maybe .5%. I am not sure what the milkstone brings to the mix, I have a V1 that I mixed up months ago that I have never used. TFA peanut butter @ .5% will add some creamy mouthfeel, although I am not sure how it will play with the milkstone. Whatever you try, post back and let us know how it went.

Try going back to basics, sometimes overthinking a flavor is the worst thing you can do. drop everything except the banana, caramel, and coconut. Have banana at about 7-8%, caramel at ~5% and start with .5% coconut and add drops to taste after a warm water bath and vigorous shaking. leave the mix you already made somewhere and try it in a couple weeks.

Pulling this out of my ass but

FA Coconut 1%
LA banana cream 5%
FA Banana 3% (or maybe tfa banana ripe at 1% if you want a more candy banana flavor)
FA caramel 2%
FA Hazelnut .5%

Edit: might throw in a small amount of tfa marshmallow too. If I had banana cream I'd mix this up now. I'm gonna save this recipe though for when I get some. xD

Here's what I use in one of my recipes. Maybe this will help. I'd up the coconut to 1% though

Strength: 3mg/ml

PG/VG: 30/70

Flavor total: 2.7 ml (9%)

So what exactly are you asking here?
