Does any one know if there is a data base that one could search for flavor based on chemical make up?
For example: Methyl phenylacetate
I know it is used in tpa honey, has a honey/floral/spice aroma. When I search I can find Methyl phenylacetate for sale, but how can I find other commercial flavors that contain it?
Any and all help would be great appreciated. Thank you in advance.
