This was made at 70vg/30pg and unfortunately MUST BE STEEPED FOR AT LEAST AN ENTIRE WEEK to really bring out that distinct cereal flavor and milky sweetness. I recommend at least 2 weeks if you're mixing anything higher than 70vg. That cream really needs time to turn into milk. Also the OPTIONAL flavors are either or. Either FE Lemon or CAP Lemon meringue and so on. You don't need to add the optionals at all if you want more of a normal cereal milk flavor, but if you're looking for a fruit loops type milk than use FE lemon at 1% or Lemon Meringue Pie. I haven't found any other lemons to work, you need that candy type lemon flavor that FE and Cap gives. And the crunch berry side, INW biscuit adds more crunch to the original recipe wihle the berry crunch adds a little more berry to it.
It could be better, I'm still working on it, but this is the best version thus far and will be periodically updated when I find better versions. I also hope others add to this recipe to make it better. This flavor is NOT A CLONE of Cereal Milk or "The Milk" but my interpretation of the milk you get at the bottom of a bowl of fruity pebbles.
The main issue I was having was drowning out that sweetness that comes with a bowl of milky cereal. Anyone who's had a bowl of children's cereal knows that it's sweet as fuck and the milk has the distinct taste of sweet fake fruitiness. This recipe has pretty much been going around for a while, as in the Meringue, Yellow Cake, Hazelnut has been known to give a cereal milk flavor, but to me it just wasn't quite there. It needed something extra. Well I found that Caramel added to Meringue along with Banana Cream, gave me what I was looking for. If there is a better banana type flavor that gives a more creamy taste rather than banana, then use that because the banana is what really gives that milk the sweetness it needs.
Remember this recipe really needs to sit. If vaped fresh it tastes like a strawberry banana milkshake. It needs time to kill the banana and mellow out the strawberry and turn that caramel, hazelnut, brown sugar into a sweet malty sugar. So don't whip it up and vape it then get mad at me because it don't taste like cereals. I'm happy with this recipe as it's been so hard to really nail down those flavor profiles. I really hope you guys like it and like I said I really hope people add to it and make it better. Thanks for all the help everyone and DIY OR DIE!

Great start man! The banana cream addition is super interesting. Going to mix this up later and store it away for a week. Thanks for sharing.
Might also try adding CAP Lemon Meringue Pie and TFA Fruit Hoops together. Been digging that combo but it really lacks in the milk department.
Yeah the banana along with the caramel is really the secret weapon in all this. It just adds to the depth. Without it everything tastes kind of linear and thin.
Just mixed it up. Smelling it is enough to see why you added the banana cream and the strawberry. Smells amazing. Going to be a long seven days.
EDIT: I cheated and dripped a little. Its actually really good fresh, still tastes like cereal milk. I can tell it'll be really great steeped though. Might just mix up a huge batch.
Subbing DX banana cream, thanks for the recipe! From how you describe your intention for the banana, I wonder if TPA smooth could help (mostly triacetin)
Still haven't mixed it yet, just spitballin
Could help. I think the banana, though, is a vital component in the flavor. It adds a nice fruit sweetness without being prominent, dials down the strawberry, rounds everything out, and adds a layer of depth. If you ever just mix up a fruit with meringue you'll find it taste some what linear, and flat. Adding a little banana thickens it and adds another layer of dimension to the overall flavor profile. Think of how a banana works in a blender for a smoothie, same kind of concept in vapor form. It's interesting, intruiging, and best of all, It's an extremely versatile flavor. I've only had TFA's as well, I can't say the same from any other banana creams, as I never used them.
that Strawberry Ripe hint :)
Does anyone else struggle with putting any of these recipes together? Every time i go to buy the ingredients for a recipe every vendor is sold out of half the ingredients and I can never fully assemble them. Biscuit has been sold out forever, Meringue is sold out, fresh cream is sold out.. the struggle is real
I am missing the FA caramel. I have several other caramels. Will anything else work there as a replacement? I have everything else.
It doesn't seem like you can. I subbed that one only, with Caramel Original, and it tastes nothing like a cereal. More like a Mother's Oatmeal Cream Cookie, a lot more.
Note that I also added the Berry Crunch.
Awesome, I've been looking forward to this one!
I just mixed up 30ml subbing 50/50 FA Hazelnut and TFA DX Hazelnut instead of the FW. Also used a few drops of sucralose instead of EM. I still dont have FW Hazelnut or any EM, so that's the closest I could come for now. And now the waiting game begins...
Thanks again for sharing!
DX hazelnut is just fine. I've used it, it gives more of a malty flavor. The FW is just more creamy which is why I like it.
Right on, thanks man. I'm gonna divvy up the 30ml I mixed up last night into a few different variations; original, berry crunch, and lemon meringue pie. Your original recipe tastes insanely promising up front, and I'm super stoked to try out the three different variations next weekend after they rest up.
I've kind of burnt myself out on the cereals over the last few weeks, as that's pretty much all I've been focusing on... I really need to switch it up a bit and find something fruity or minty or whatever (just needs to NOT be anything close to a cereal), and am optimistic that after I've kind of "reset" my palette and taste buds, one of these variations will finally end my cereal-recipe-hunt-marathon. Thanks again!
I'm so done with cereals as well. This has been like an obsession for months. I still think it could be better but that's the perfectionist in me so I'm going to mix up a bunch of other things this summer. All refreshing recipes will be coming from me soon for this hot weather. I'll revisit cereals in the winter.
Hmm no orange or bergamot? How does this taste compared to Jackster's cereal killah clone?
2nd question: How about CAP Sweet Strawberry in place of TFA? It's the only one I have, atm.
awesome! Have you ever tried this with LA Banana Creme as opposed to the TFA?
I have not, but if I'm not mistaken I heard LA BC is more of a banana candy heavy, rather than a more creamy banana. TFA Banana tends to bring out a thicker creamier banana flavor and that it why it works so well. But if you think it could work, try it out and lemme know your findings.
That feeling when someone posts a recipe with like 50 flavors and you are missing 1.
Edit: I will let you guys know how it is with LA Banana Cream.
Awesome. I'm assuming it's gonna be good since there's a lot of cream already going on. Can't wait to hear back
So I'm just starting to look into funky chemical additives, could you explain the ethyl maltol and acetyl pyrazine's purpose in this?
EM allows the strawberry and milk to have a more "percieved" sweetness. It's a great little boost in flavor. And the AP brings out the grainy notes in flavors, and I used a "high" amount of it because it also has a taste of rice crispies on its own. Hope that helps!
Holy fucking shit dude this stuff is amazing. It's only been steeping a couple days and it's still some of the best juice I have ever had. It's SPOT ON the milk you get from a bowl of sugary crunchberry cereal. I'm blown away. How long did this take you to find a recipe? I'm sorry I'm gushing so much but seriously, what you have created is absolutely stunning
Hey, I actually whipped this up when you posted it earlier in the week. It looks like we had similar ideas about the addition of brown sugar. I liked it so much I started playing with it. I did swap out the graham cracker for FA cookie at around 0.5%, and used TFA DX 'nana cream at 0.5% in the interest of downing the diacetyliness. I prefer it after the changes.
I was thinking about adding fresh cream, does it add much to the recipe?
You mean adding more Fresh Cream? It's a potent flavor imo, and tends to mute if not used sparingly. You could bump up to 1%, which would add more overall "cream" to the flavor. But it takes away from the "milk" if that makes any sense. I landed on 0.5% because it allowed for a slight creamy, more rounded milk without affecting flavor. Hope that helps.
Ps; how do you like Cookie instead of the Graham. I feel it adds, well a cookie flavor, and less cereal flavor. INW Biscuit is a great sub, but not cookie if you're trying to Cereal.
No no, how was it pre-cream?
Honestly, I prefer it with the cookie. I feel like the cookie flavor blends into the rest of the mix whereas the graham was more "present", if that makes sense. I felt like the graham added too much desserty pie crustiness, whereas the low percentage of cookie gave me the "solid sugary sweet thing" that the blend would have lacked without something to replace the graham.
The DX version uses butyric acid I think, it has a smell similar to Cap VCv2 - that faint pukeyness. I only got a slight whiff at 1% and I just mixed it, I bet it's gone completely by day 4. I've had a lot worse steep out fine after weeks.
That compound as I understand it is the lesser of two evils.
are there any other creams to substitute for fresh cream? im making an order but fresh cream is sold out on the sites i checked.
Hmm, maybe sweet cream, or marshmallow, just add a touch more when using them because fresh cream is very strong.
I have Silly Rabbit coming in the mail tomorrow, so gonna give that a taste test. If it's good....
I mixed up the flavors for the cereal milk base 8 days ago, and made separate 30ml bottles, with berry, lemon meringue, and a plain... And still have enough for another couple 30ml bottles. Hopefully theyll be presteeped brcause of it.They taste good now... so gonna try mixing Silly Rabbit in at different percentages 5ml testers. I'll update with results ;D
Excellent work can't wait to hear
Okay. Soo! I haven't vaped this for a couple days and came back to it... this recipe is simply amazing. I can't vape it for a long time, I get tired of it after a bit... but wow. It will be something that I always have on hand. It's better without the berry or lemons. Ty again for it!
I don't have AP by itself, do you think it would be viable to add some TFA RY4 double to compensate for that and then also leave out the EM because the RY4 is so EM heavy?
Can't wait to try this. Have you had any updates on it or have you decided to leave perfection alone? :)
Hey Enyawreklaw, I bought everything for this but forgot yellow cake so I have to wait. I was wondering how strong this is in flavor.
I tried five drops of FA Meringue in one batch and it overtook the flavor like nothing. So does this recipe have a very heavy flavor to it?
Other people's cereal mixes I have tried so far have been crazy. Some hit and miss. Can't wait to try it.
I have been messing with cereal flavors like this one. Not heavy at all on flavor but I love it. https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/3htidv/lepres_milk/ I am trying to also come up with an Apple Jacks recipe. I bought a box today to remember the smell/flavor.
i just mixed this one up. i couldn't wait to give it a taste. HOLY EXPLETIVES. its incredible!!! i did away with the banana cream as im not a big fan. minus that it might just be the best thing i've ever tasted. good job.
i dont diy :,( id pay you for a bottle of it, it sounds so good
....just order these and syringes it would be cheaper
