If you want to get started mixing immediately, you can get vg at rite aid or walmart. It should be in the first aid section and labeled as a skin protectant. I paid $4/177ml so its not as good as buying from amazon or that but at least you dont have to wait for shipping

CVS as well, it's pricey around $6 for 177ml I believe, but it's the exact same quality you're going to get from any other vendor. Great for emergency juice when you run out of VG.

Whole Foods has the good stuff. NOW Solutions, 16oz $10. I never liked or trusted the walmart/cvs stuff.

Go to Wal-Mart in the pharmacy section next to the band-aids and all that shit. Buy the HUMCO Glycerine USP 99.5%. I paid $3.88 + tax for mine (177 ml).

Yes, it is vegetable based (they now put that on the bottle). CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreens carry the exact same Glycerine (all of it is made by HUMCO). Wal-Mart's appears to be the cheapest. All the same stuff.

If you want a gallon, you can find it on Amazon for less than $30 shipped. If you were to buy a gallon of Wal-Mart glycerine, it would cost over $80.

Sorry buddy, you looked in the wrong place. No employee would know what it is unless the vape or used it for some super random reason. It is right next to the band aids and that kind of stuff at Walmart. I've gotten it at 2 different walmarts in the past, as well as at pick n save and target.

I find that hard to believe. My Wal-Mart, CVS, Rite-Aid, and Walgreens all carry it. I snapped a photo of the bottle I bought from Wal-Mart:

Also, don't ask store clerks. Ask the pharmacist. If a pharmacist doesn't know what Glycerine is, then they need to find another profession.

If I had to forget one thing from an order, VG would be at the top of the list. Like everyone else said, it is more attainable locally than other components. But that feel. I know that feel.

Thanks for all the advice. I haven't even mixed my first batch and everyone in this sub has been extremely helpful. Luckily I have a buddy close by thats a DIYer and he gave me 120ml of VG to get started. I'll be mixing tonight!

Hmm got it. Did you order those straight from cap? Or was it from like wizard labs or something? If you don't mind, how much was it? Looking for a nice cheapish place to get large amounts of Capella flavoring but I haven't found one yet.

check out those vitamin health foods stores. The ones that sell like the protein powder stuff. They had 120 and bigger size bottles of vegetable glycerine Says vegan on the label I've used 2 bottles of it so far.
