Is it legal to sell homemade ejuice (UK)?

Hello, let me start by saying that I'm new here and I have been looking around but most of the results that come back are unclear or based in the USA.

Looking to start making my own e juice, and whilst the money saving aspect is amazing; I was wondering if it is legal to sell e juice to friends, family, local acquaintances and the like.

I have NO licenses to sell anything as far as I know.

OP isn't Walter White, filling 55-gallon drums with hundred and thousand dollar bills. At some point, the risk outweighs the benefit.

Not yet i believe. A new legislation is coming into effect in 2016 stating you will need a "clean room certificate" but im pretty sure its not illegal yet. I make my own and sell to friends.

something to bare inmind i think in theory you will ned cation lables on the bottles, like toxic and irritant on it. But if your freinds dont really care dont worry. you know some good websites?

In 2016, u need to pay for each of your juices to be tested by a professional body costing thousands+ (did strengths of the sane juice also need to be tested).

There's an EU law already been passed coming into effect in 2016, Netherlands and 1 other country have already made public there interpretation of the law and its every juice needs pharma testing, no atomisers which can leak, and only 10ml juice allowed Max 20mg I think

It is fine to sell juices to your friends, family etc but to sell it elsewhere ie the public / commercially then you need to get it tested and certified, i think the place that does it is based in Yorkshire...i think.
