So, I ordered a bunch of start up stuff on the 9th, and it "shipped" on the 10th. However, it still says "Pre shipment info" on the tracking. It's been ten days.
Are they usually this slow?
Did they forget my order?
What gives?

You are not alone. My experience with Nude Nicotine was notably terrible.
The order was charged immediately, but didn't ship the order for 2 weeks. This is in spite of the fact that the website guarantee orders will be shipped out in 48 hours. I contacted them several time via email and even called them for a few days. No response at all. My order eventually arrived but I was completely put off by the customer service and lack thereof.
NN made no effort to communicate and I just can't feel good about giving my money to a company that treats a first time customer as such.
2 weeks? We've never had a package sit in limbo for longer than 5-days in our history! I'm really not empathizing with USPS anymore... ugh
This happened to me back in jan-feb, it took a little while.
It was also that batch that had like 186mg of nicotine isntead of 100mg...
I'm not super confident in their nic any more, probably going back to wizard labs when im done with this bottle.
So I should just wait it out?
It's gotta be the hub their packages go through. Every time I order from them, theres a delay. Sucks paying for priority shipping when I live less than 2 hours away, and my orders always take 3+ days to get here. This last time, my nic spent almost a week in transit during a heatwave, and quality had a noticeable difference. I reached out to Jake, who said he would replace my order. This was almost 2 weeks ago... Haven't heard anything since.
I just got an order from wizard labs and am impressed. Took four days from FL to NY, and the packaging was excellent. All bubble wrapped and then vacuum sealed in bags.
I have an order from bull city that is less than 4 hours away... It's been sent all around me through USPS priority and now 2 days past when expected and 7 days ordered. USPS plain SUCKS! I should have just driven there to pick it up.
I think it also depends on where you live. I've never had USPS deliver more than a day late. Hell, I've gotten 6 orders from them in the past month and they've all been a day early.
It is most likely due to the restructuring effort by the USPS. A lot of packages are coming out of California with limited or no tracking updates. John Fitch Rudd runs a company out of Santa Rosa and addressed this problem in his site here. Recently many of my orders from companies in California have been bereft of tracking updates but still show up at my door in Massachusetts relatively on time.
All of my California packages are doing this, for the last couple of months. Suddenly at 4 AM the day before delivery, they get scanned, moving from "pre-ship" to "across town" instantly.
That said, NN needs a full-time customer service person. Good people, love their products, but they're not great at communications.
Odd, I've never had an issue and I'm on the opposite side of the country from them. My tracking info always updates about 24 hours from when I place my order. I've never had an issue with NN, but they seem very nice and helpful, so I wish you luck in fixing this. Hopefully someone from there will respond to you on here.
Meh, ordered Thursday afternoon. Ended up paying $11.30 for "2-day shipping" And according to tracking my parcel has been accepted sitting in San Diego Since Friday afternoon.

I think USPS might have been having some problems since last week. I also paid for 2-day and didn't get my package for 5 days, and 99%+ of the time Priority means it will be there by day 3 in my experience. I'm also currently waiting longer than usual for a parcel from the UK that normally takes 5 business days with regular Royal Mail airmail.
Edit: I should mention that it wasn't an order from NN that took 5 days. Sorry.

My first order was retarded fast, i dont recall exactly, but it was ordered and shipped to MN in under a week. My second order, which was in Jan/Feb, did the same thing, it said it had shipped for like 10-11 days before it updated. When it did update, it was already in my mailbox. I dont know whos fault that was, and to be honest, i dont really care. I have tried several nicotine vendors in the past, and NONE of them come even close to how clean NudeNicotines nicotine is.
I ordered from nude nicotine this weekend And it states that it's still processing. I order all of my supplies from Wizard Labs except for the nicotine. WL nicotine has a really bad rap on this subreddit for being peppery and alters the taste of the ejuice recipe. I have never tried WL nicotine, but I will ask for sample next time I order from them just in case things get out of control with NN. BTW WL's customer service is great! They resolve issues very quickly.
Have you contacted them? They are quick to respond and helpful. At least they were in the past with my orders.
Adding my anecdote: I ordered on the 20th, got an email the 22nd with tracking info, and as of an hour or two ago, my package is at my local USPS hub. Per USPS, it went from acceptance in CA to my city in MI in just over 24 hours. I just went with the cheapest shipping option (priority, I think). I ordered flavoring from Wizard Labs on the same day and that's still in Orlando (also priority mail). No complaints here.
Edit: Wizard was first class, not priority. My bad, they're both 1-3 days though.

Not sure if it's related at all, but I won a giveaway from Nude about 2 weeks ago. Under the impression that they were a reputable vendor and would send out the package in a reasonable amount of time, I spent the month's vape budget on flavorings. They won't respond to emails or messages despite being fairly active here.
Currently rationing out about 15 ml of Econoclouds and wondering if the whole giveaway was a hoax.
Pretty sure it says on their site that all orders with nicotine go through a 10 day processing period where they make, and then test your batch. They make every batch to order.
Is that what we're gonna do today? We're gonna fight about Nude Nicotine again?
To contribute something to the post- did you choose the cheapest shipping option through USPS? Because every vendor in the US noted changes with their priority mail service and how much more it sucks now- Scan times are not reflective of received mail etc-
Well it's been 3 hours since /u/NudeNicotine responded to you requesting a PM. Can we get an update or should we be calling shenanigans on this post? I'm not saying you're lying or anything mind you, but I have a funny feeling your payment was denied and they're waiting on an updated card or something. But I'm distinctly curious as I've done exactly this with Amazon a few times lately.
I responded with my order info, and he said tomorrow they're going to send a duplicate. No shenanigans.
Spoke with the customer via PM and looked at our tracking info. Unfortunately it looks like a stalled package and an anomaly in the USPS system, we have a replacement on its way for the customer tomorrow :-) unfortunately a few aberrations occur, especially with extremely high volume on the Postal Service sort facility's end. I hate the fact that we sometimes has to accept this as fact, but of course will send the replacements immediately when we have a lengthy delay :)
