I think it's EJuice Lab on the Play Store. I use it on my tablet as well, it's very much worth the couple of bucks to unlock the full version.

TFA Honeysuckle is under appreciated imo. It's not a perfect copy of the real thing, but it has a nice sweetish floral nosey thing, which is nice. Did I mention it's nice?

Because a full 15 mil for the bottles I have are to full with no room to shake

Thats weird no matter what amount I am making if it says 15ml, 30ml, 60ml on my beaker and I pour into a 15,30,60 bottle, it just goes to the shoulders of the bottle, with plenty of shake space
