I've tried 10 different strawberry cheesecake recipes, 30+ variations mixing and matching them all, and finally came up with something I think is good enough to sell.
But I don't want to sell it, so here it is. Taste is subjective but this is leaps and bounds better than all the other recipes to me.
>>100% VG
>>3MG VG-based nicotine
>TFA/TPA Strawberry Ripe 6%
>TFA/TPA Cheesecake (Graham Crust) 2%
>TFA/TPA Sweet Cream 4%
>TFA/TPA Vanilla Swirl 1.5%
>Capella Sweet Strawberry 6%
>Capella New York Cheesecake 4%
>Capella Vanilla Custard (v1) 2.5%
>Capella Graham cracker (v1) 2%
I know it's a bit more than average flavoring but I wanted something worthy without using Sucralose or EM. I've also mixed, instead of strawberry ripe, TPA blueberry and raspberry and had very good results. Appreciate any feedback if anyone has these flavorings and could throw a 10ml together.
Holy 28% flavoring, Batman! I'd be curious if you made this into a flavor base and mixed at 15% how it would do. Either way, I'm excited to try it...after my next Capella order...
Could definitely be toned down. With max vg it needed a bit more flavoring to really shine. Maybe an 80/20 mix and 30-50% flavoring reduction? That'd be a lot of PG, though.
I do my mixes at 60 vg, so when I try it, I'll probably do exactly that. I have been trying to nail down a strawberry cheesecake mix for a bit, and nothing comes out just right. I really like your use of TFA and Cap strawberries, though. I found it made a flavor close to pie filling when mixed.
Let me drop a recipe on you that I got from another redditor (cant remember name), I have tweaked it a bit to my liking
CAP Sweet Strawberry 6%
Hangsen Italian Cream 3%
CAP Vanilla Custard 2%
TFA Vanilla Swirl 2%
CAP NY Cheesecake 1% (it gets a bit stinky sock tasting at anything higher IMO)
FA Fresh Cream 1%
Mix up a batch if you have everything and let me know what you think, I quite like it, the Italian Cream really adds a cheesy and creamy note that the CAP Cheesecake misses.
I've been working on a dozen variations of this same general recipe for a while. Some decent Unicorn Milk and MM clones but nothing that I'm really happy with yet. I'll give yours a try when I get home tonight! I'll try one with max VG with same percentages you call out and another 70v/30p with much lower flavor percentage. What's your recommend aging time? Thanks for sharing!!
I don't steep it at all, just a good shake and a quick warm bath followed by a second shake. Please let me know how it turns out, I think we both have done the same thing (looking for mm/um improvement.)
Looks great, I have all of this right now. I am about to throw this together right now and will let you know. I will do it max VG...which will be 72 anyway right because its 28% flavoring all of which are PG i think.
Actually I only have Cap Graham Cracker V2 but I will try with that...
Sweet! Not sure about graham v2, never tried it. It's probably fine, the mix isn't very graham-y!
I think the graham v2 might be a too strong at that percentage. Graham is the primary flavor I taste and seems to block out the other flavors. I made your prescribed recipe with graham v2 subbed for v1 and made a 2nd bottle at 70VG and flavoring dropped to 20% with same ratios. Both taste like a nice Christmas vape so far, but very little strawberry or cheesecake. I'm going to locate my graham v1 tomorrow and try again... Or sub TFA instead.
EDIT: 70vg not pg yuuuuck
Yea I imagine they are very close and couldn't imagine this making any significant difference at all. Its taking a hot water bath at the moment!
Just came across this recipe. Looks very promising but the flavor percents are a bit concerning. What do you use to vape? Tank / RDA?
