Hello All,
My buddies company built an automatic Ejuice filler machine and I thought you guys might enjoy it. This is the prototype and you can adjust fill speed (set at 40% in the video) and fill level. It can also take different size bottles. Lastly, it has a capping station so production time is increased. He is also making a labeling machine as we speak. Let me know what you guys think.

Update: I forgot to mention the best part of this machine. Its built in a way where you can remove and replace the individual tubes. So change over can be done rather quickly and you wont get cross contamination and its accurate.
Update 2:Some of you have been asking about Bottles per min. I will ask my buddy to put everything at max speed and will post a video.
Update 3: I will post another video with more info tomorrow. Pricing included.

Personally I would be more interested in a machine that would fill just one bottle with a pre-defined amount of different ingredients... Imagine a machine that has a couple dozen different flavors on tap, along with vg/pg/nic, and you simply select a recipe and a batch size, and the proper amounts of all ingredients are dispersed. Just like the automated beverage bar machines floating around out there.
But for someone bottling and distributing juice, this looks incredible!
He says that's extremely doable.
I would assume for most of us this would be not necessary. Others who have started a business making and selling liquid may see more benefit.
It would also depend on the cost of the machine and the components.
I think he is targeting the big company's and small individual that want to try to make it big time. All it takes is one machine to fill production needs and a small business can get the jolt it needs. The cool thing about the machine its affordable in respect to how much a machine like this would cost and it has all the bells in whistles.
That is super awesome! That is a lot of money, time, etc etc invested to do that. I am assuming he has an engineering background? I mean all the work coding and building that... I'm impressed if he did that himself
Could you PM the details to me and one random redditor? I don't know why, but I enjoy chaos.
I'll be that random redditor, very curious but not a serious buyer.
Can you PM me some basic details on pricing, availability, etc?
