This is a start towards my beef burrito recipe I have been thinking about but I'm backing away from that idea now. I grabbed some bacon last order I placed as a gag. And I gagged.
I only plan on using 1-2 drops per 10ml batch of the Bloody Mary. And that'll be after letting it separate so there won't be a ton of heat.
I was thinking about a chili con carne juice the other day... coincidentally while cooking chili con carne (WWHT, right?).
But then I quickly abandoned the idea of inhaling something spicy. Coincidentally while I had to laugh while eating and got some chili up my nose. Not fun.
Flavour west has a flavour called Capiscum Heat, it is allegedly 15 million scoville. It seems like such an incredibly bad idea. I look at it every once in a while, and i am drawen to it almost like a moth to a flame. it's so terrifyingly compelling.
Considering pure crystalline capsicum is 16m scoville, and not a liquid, they would have to be using Tinyatoxin or Resiferatoxin to get those heat levels.
I highly doubt its actually 15m, thats literally .00025% to be about the same heat as a jalapeno.
I have a 2m> extract, and a single drop per serving can make anything I cook nearly inedible. Its hot stuff.
