To order bulk FA flavorings directly from FA -
- Register an account at FA's online shop
- Send an email to support@flavourart.it (From your email that you registered on the site with)
- State to them that you are looking to setup a wholesale account with them as you make e-liquids and use their flavorings in many of your recipes. Be sure to let them know that you aren't looking to sell the flavorings themselves, just for use in your recipes. (They didn't ask me for any business information, but I can't guarantee they wont)
- You will receive a reply with your ticket number. It can take a while for them to reply, patience is key when ordering from FA directly. It will take them time to get your order shipped out (mine took ~2.5 weeks) so order in advance.
- Once your account is changed to the bulk usergroup you will see 50ml/100ml/250ml+ options. The prices you see are at full price (e.g. $15/100ml), the more you order the bigger the end discount you receive. I received ~50% off at that size of order in the picture, overall it should end up being cheaper than ordering from US resellers especially at larger sizes, even with the costly international shipping.
- Mix it up! No more "out of stock" yay!

Is there a fee to get the "bulk usergroup" account? (if not what the hell is the point?)
They regulate resellers of their flavoring. Basically they manually approve bulk order accounts because they want to make sure if you're reselling their flavoring (buying in bulk and selling in smaller amounts) that you do a few things like link their site, properly label the bottles, etc. If you aren't selling their flavorings but only using it in your own mixes there shouldn't be a hassle to set it up.
Their website is definitely harder to use, its pretty archaic. Their flavorings are great though! They were supposed to open up a North American website/distribution hub in Q1 of this year, nothing yet. I asked them about it and they had no new information. Hopefully that opens up soon, paying international shipping on a giant box from Italy is expensive!
I cannot upvote you enough.
It's so hard to get large volumes of flavorings in europe, and I can't stand customs any more.
But 250ml is already too much for me, do they sell 50ml or 100ml?

I think for some of us at least, we'd probably pay close to the same for our smaller amounts by ordering 250mL for $38 at eliquidmart rather than shipping direct from Italy -- am I off base?
Yeah I wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking to purchase at least 20-30oz or so of flavoring at once. When US FA opens up it should be a lot cheaper, a lot of the cost is added on from the shipping. Once again bear in mind there are further discounts that are added in the checkout the larger the size of order, hint hint someone do another group buy :p

I hear ya! Previously I was having to do multiple 4oz's from E-liquidmart every other week. Thankfully FA flavoring lasts me a lot longer than say TFA so those white 1000ml bottles should last me a while.
I was introduced to a new person this week who works for FA here in the states. Says there are some big things coming up, most importantly not having to wait for Italy.
So I got to ask, what are making with all of that Concord Grape?
