For those that are asking in P.M's and anyone else curious about using Coffee as a palate cleanser.
yes...you can. but I personally do not. here are a few reasons why.

you can not add cream or sugar, that isnt cleansing your palate its cluttering it (i actually always like mine black, but i know a lot of people don't)

you can not make it strong (i like my coffee strong, but if it leaves a bitter and or coffee flavor in your mouth, you messed up.

you must make it mostly water with slight coffee flavor
#HOWEVER you can use it as a GREAT sniffer palate cleanser. i actually always have a handful of coffee beans when taste testing to clear my sniffer from one flavor to the next.

Thanks for the tips! I actually never considered the cream and sugar thing, and even if the 'pros' don't think you were helpful, I definitely do :) (almost made a kissy face, too used to flirting ;))
i don't think there are many "pro's" on here...but there are some. and they tend to like my info so i feel good. xD.
