Lemon Sorbet (finalized)
- 5.5% FA Lemon Sicily
- 1% INW Lemon Mix
- 3% INW Lemon Concentrate
- 1% Ethyl Maltol (10%)
- 1.5% FA Custard
- 1% FA Citrus Mix
- 0.25% Menthol (10%)
- 0.50% FA Meringue
Edit: Another version substitutes the 1% FA Citrus Mix for 1% FLV Pink Guava, quite good this was as well with a little more depth of flavor and just a bit of a hint of grapefruit at the end of the exhale
Meringue is optional. You'll notice it a lot more if you shake and vape, after a few days, it just helps to thicken things up a bit in terms of mouth feel.
I mix this max VG and add 2% Distilled Water to help thin it out a little bit and wick better. Typically dripping on a mech @ 0.15 ohm or so.
The balance of lemon flavors works super well for me to provide a pretty candy like sweet lemon instead of an in your face sour lemon. Combined with the EM as a sweetener, this stuff is just delicious.
I've been vaping it primarily between day 3 and 14 (haven't had 120ml last me longer than two weeks yet...will have to mix a batch to sit at some point...but I doubt the flavor will hold up well over time as with most citrus, likely to fade after a long enough steep, however, the menthol may battle that). Prior to day 3, the Meringue and Menthol are a bit too much in the forefront but they fade and blend wonderfully after 3 days of curing naturally.
Strawberry Custard
Let me preface this one by saying that I'm not a big traditional MM fan like most folks, but I've always kinda been questing after the proper Strawberry Custard to fit my taste buds. After the discovery of Flavorah Vanilla Custard, I became intrigued enough to get mixing. Super simple, absolutely delicious:
- 3.25% FLV Vanilla Custard
- 2% TFA Strawberry Ripe
- 2% FLV Strawberry
- 0.5% FLV Coconut
- 1% TFA Bavarian Cream
Very rich, very creamy, with a nice hint of strawberry. I let this steep 10 days before touching it. If you prefer the custard/cream in the background, try bumping up the strawberry and halving the creams and coconut. As always MAX VG with 2% Distilled Water.
/u/kirkt - based on how you've enjoyed a few of my finer recipes (our taste buds seem pretty similar) i'd highly recommend you mix this Lemon Sorbet up =)
Dammit botboy, now I'm going to have to order some MORE new flavors. Let me have your phone # so my wife can yell at you this time :)
ROFL, yeah I figured you may not have the INW stuff but it is absolutely essential for this mix. Speaking of which, I need to order more of INW Lemon Concentrate. This is the candy like stuff and absolutely made this recipe what it is. Someone commented on my first iteration of this (TBH, don't remember who and too lazy to look) but whoever that was, thanks for the recommendation!
I made your lemon sorbet a couple days ago and got around to trying it today. I altered it just a bit as I find Ethyl Maltol at 1% mutes flavors the longer they age. I did .5% Ethyl and .5% Sweetener. I got to say it is AWESOME. Thanks for sharing this tasty recipe. You rock man.
That looks like a lot of lemon! I tried my hand at a lemon pie mix with 2% INW Lemon and 1% INW Lime for the lemon flavor, and it's already super strong.
I'll have to tweak it (reduce the lemon/lime a bit and up the crust) since it's not what I was going for, but it's still super good. INW Lemon is really great.
I think I am going to try and make this today. I have everything to make it. I am wondering about the total flavoring percent. It looks like it is in the 8% range and I like things pretty strong. I know flavorah is pretty concentrated stuff though. Do you think I need to make it as is or up the percentages? Edit: I mean the Strawberry Custard

edit: I'm an RTA guy and vape these on either a Lemo, Squape R, or Sub Tank, anywhere from 15-25 watts and they taste nearly identical. I like to build around 1 ohm using kanthal, or 0.2 using nickel. I don't really cloud chase or drip so I can't comment on their flavor based on that.
> There's Always Money in the Banana Stand
I'm totally making this. I mean, it’s one banana Captain Sasquatch. What could it cost, $10?
How much clearer can I say, rlaitinen, there's always money in the banana stand!
So I made this and shared it with some friends at the vape shop, and we all liked it. There are dozens of us. Dozens! who think it's pretty good. :)
Thank you for sharing your recipes. I have a question though...Blueberry Fresh??
TFA doesn't do a blueberry fresh do they? Wild or extra maybe? Or is it not a TFA flavor at all?
thumbs up for strawberries and cream. delicious.
Thanks! I've found that replacing TFA Dairy with FA Meringue adds a similar taste but much better, imo. I can't quite describe the difference at this point, but I definitely prefer FA Meringue.
Yes The strawberries & Cream is Amazing! Your onto something with this one. To me it taste like a Strawberry Nutri Grain Bar maybe,I can't quite put my thumb on it, but it's something special. I recommend anyone that likes Strawberry flavors to give this one a try. Also I let it steep for 8 days.

Made something very similar last night but had sweet cream instead of fresh cream and 4 percent double chocolate clear on top. Bit worried now that I see you've experienced the chocolate taking over as I've used twice as much!!
I've never tried Double Chocolate Clear, but the Milk Chocolate definitely takes over after roughly 10 days. To be fair, I do prefer a little less chocolate in my Peppermint Patty, but this mix went from creamy Peppermint with a strong hint of chocolate to a strong chocolate with a hint of creamy Peppermint.

Just dropping in to say this is a KILLER blend for anyone looking to try it. I'm seriously impressed. Did you feel like the tobacco flavor faded somewhat after a couple days or was I just vaping it to death?
I need to pick up FLV Spearmint to try this. I made something fitting Caleb's profile (though it doesn't even taste close and isn't as good as the original) so figured I'd post it under yours. It's... interesting. Very herbal-y. Came out different than I expected but it's pretty good.

This is a rich, warm, strongly flavored dessert tobacco in the RY4 style. I've posted various iterations of this in a few RY4 and tobacco threads, but I'd love some feedback at this point! It's my ADV at 30/70 6mg/ml.
[Formating]
I have got to get my hands on some RY4 Double. So many tasty looking recipes use it. It's a sign, hehe
It's pretty yummy! I think a lot of people get put off because it's a "tobacco" flavor, but it's actually made with maple (like a lot of caramels,) vanillin, and ethyl maltol; not a drop of anything "tobacco," as far as I know. I keep meaning to play with it in other sorts of desserts, and suspect it would be a delicious base for pastry recipes.
I'm a tobacco fanboi - I just wasn't "blown away" with the regular ol' TFA RY4, truth be told. (But it works well in two-off combos.)
I gotta say though, just about every recipe I see that I go "ooh" with, has dango RY4 Double in it.
edit: words
this is a really interesting recipe. the only TA i'd ever played with was Nude's Island Tobacco, which I know isn't strictly speaking a TA. I wanted to start messing with TA in RY4D mixes so I ordered Nude's and then I happened upon this recipe, so it's my first time using TA in a mix.
Obviously this is the kind of mix that will benefit from a good rest, but fresh I'm getting a strong RY4 thanks to the addition of Vanillin and Caramel, with a pleasant tobacco back note. I'm really excited to see what this does in a week or two. Thanks!
I find it good at a week, but it keeps getting better! I try to have enough made up to use most of it at 2 weeks. Do check in as you go (unless you vape it all fresh; been there.)
I've been messing around with some of these new Flavorah ingredients and have been happy with the results so far.

lol your mix's flavor profile is different, but /u/BleuXShadoW already beat you to the gross name w/ Dad's Milk (and it has a much gnarlier, awesome illustration).
BTW, I highly recommend his mixes if you want to support a fellow DIYer with a great mixing mind. His creativity has actually given me at least one killer flavoring inspiration I'd never have come up with otherwise.
So that website, where the guy is selling dads milk sounded so good, I actually just ordered some.. But for real, is there a clone of it? Because quite honestly it sounds freaking amazing.
Hahaha, to my knowledge no one has tried to clone Dad's Milk yet. His mixes are pretty unique and well-crafted, so it'd be a challenge, and why bother when his prices are so fair and he's a good guy running a small business. If I did clone it myself, I probably wouldn't post it.
No real steeping necessary although I did warm up some water and let my bottle sit in it for about 15 minutes.

Thank you! It's pretty yummy! I'm working on getting Fuji Apple maybe to replace Apple so it stands out a bit more.
I have mixed feelings about Fuji in with apple pie. It brightens it, but the flavor combined with pear is too light IMO and it starts to taste like a Fuji Apple Pear SoBe (if youve ever had that) with a bit of pie crust thrown in. Pretty stellar right now.. about the only adjustment I have in mind is to reduce the Pancake and increase the PB by 1-2% to bring the PB out a bit more. Pancake isn't overpowering even at 8%, but this recipe already pushing it on overall flavor % so something would need to come down instead of adding more :) Vape on!
TFA PB is a tough one to work with. /u/Botboy141 posted a great mix to get perfect peanut butter flavoring (based on INW's excellent Peanuts flavor) in the last Monthly Thread. Might wanna check that out -- you could drop your total percentage and get a better PB kick in one fell swoop.
Thanks - I'll check out his post and see what's good! I agree that TPAs PB is odd - more of the roasted nut taste. And it's almost there in this mix, just needs a hint more.
The sweets and creams make a nice buttery/syrup mix as they stand so we'll see where it goes from here :)

Rich espresso blueberry flavor. Almost 'chocolate covered' without the chocolate flavoring. Harsh when mixed, but mellows and blends well with at least a week of aging.
My first official DIY was a dragonfruit / pomegranate recipe with a little EM thrown in for sweetener. He uses old style clearomizers and pen style batteries, so it was a 50/50 16mg. and it tasted horrid in my dripper. I've been trying to mix it for my dripper. Tonight, I think I did it.

Someone try this and tell me if it's good or if my taste buds have derailed. At this point, I'm kind of unsure of myself.
Do you think this would be good without coconut? I'm not a fan of coconut but the rest sounds awesome!
Yes. I only add a 2 drops of coconut per 30 mls. I can't even taste it. I've made this the times so far. Excellent every time. I now add 1 drop TFA lemon per 30 mls. Adds brightness to it.
Here is a coconut vape I was working on trying to come up with a coconut cake. It never turned out to be a cake but did turn out to be a rich deep coconut vape. Been vaping this for the last few days and it is really tasty. This had been steeped for 1 week prior to opening.

I tried it with a bit of Vanilla Swirl (TFA), that muted the Coconut almost completely. Went way too much with Toasted Almond and Hazelnut, turned those way down in favor of that delicious Black Walnut.
Anywho, if anyone's got any suggestions, alterations, variations or complaints, please say so! I'd love to make it better.
Works well right freshly mixed, but I have a four day steep that I'm vaping on right now that tastes even better. Gonna make a bigger batch to hold off on for a few weeks and see how that goes.
Just a suggestion that might knock your tits off in the trail mix department -- FA Nut Mix. It's great. Interesting mix idea. Surprised by the amount of Coconut you needed (even though it's not Extra). I personally like FA or FLV Coconut better than TFA Coconut original (or Extra). Just some thoughts on a interesting recipe idea.
Hey, thanks for the ideas! I've just recently discovered the awesomeness that is FA, and plan to start switching quite a few of my flavorings over to their brand - coconut being one that I'm very eager to try out.
I had to dump that coconut into the mix as heavy as I could, otherwise I couldn't pick up squat for that flavor. I'm not that happy with TFA Coconut at all, in quite a few of my mixes I've done with it. So, yeah, I need a better coconut.
I'm going to give the Nut Mix and new version of the coconut a whirl, they very well just may take this recipe of mine to the next level.
Thank you for the suggestions!
From my experience most coconut flavors (TFA and FW specifically) are more like an accent to a juice, most of the time it blends with the other flavors and doesn't really stand out. I never use the extra over 2%, I can see why you would want to try to bump up the percentages, it almost has a coconut water taste to it even when you use it that high. I second FA coconut, it makes every other coconut taste like sun tan lotion.
Fuji Dragon Tea
- Fuji Apple (FA) 3.5%
- Dragonfruit (TFA) 3%
- Green Tea (TFA) 2.5%
- Cantaloupe (TFA) 2%
- Pear (TFA) 1%
- Concord Grape (FA) 0.5%
You can substitute Concord Grape with with Black Currant or similar berry type flavors, or whatever fruit, really. It's more or less a slot for an accent.
Pretty light tasting vape despite the amount of flavoring. Juicy, but not overpowering - pretty light on the Green Tea. If you mix the Green Tea at 3%, you'll definitely notice it more, but I prefer to keep it low key. It's worked well in drippers and my tanks.
Suggestions or criticisms welcome!

The 3 fruit flavors blend so beautifully. It's like a wonderland of sour but sweet fruits behind a mask of spearmint tickle pants.
I've been on the DIY train for about a month or two and I've mostly been working with the Nude Nicotine flavors that come with the starter kit. I'm venturing out a little bit and I wanted to share what I think is my first decent recipe and look for critiques or ways to improve.
I like to have flavors that complement the season -hot chocolate in the winter for example. This is my attempt at a summer flavor:
Hibiscus (Cap) 3%
Pineapple (TPA) 2%
Fuji (FA) 1%
I tried to mix it at 70% VG but it came out to around 67%VG in my 7ml batch. If anyone is interested in it, let me know what you think.
My first recipe submission so let me knon how to do better. This came from playing with fizzmustard's nana cream clone. I call it My Favorite. 6% LorAnn banana cream(colorless is what i use now). 6% TFA strawberry. 3% TFA dragonfruit. 1% TFA sweet raspberry. I mix it at 70% vg because i use it in tanks and a dripper. I love its smoothness. No way I would be making my own juice if not for this sub. Thank you all.
dragonberry? You mean dragonfruit?
Also, hit enter twice after each part of the recipe, it ends up looking cleaner. You can also put a asterisk (*) before each name followed by a space to put bullet points. Heres an example

So I definitely mixed this up as a last minute I'm out of juice. It's super fruity but not in a bad way, and I think the Honeydew is right on the money. I also made it about 95% PG because of a glycerine shortage in my househole.

I'm pretty new to DIY, but I definitely love experimenting, so this habit will get expensive quick, haha. It's a little complex to throw together, but after a quick hot bath steeping, this is coming together as a nice, creamy, not super sweet vanilla flavor, with just a hint of sweet cinnamon on the exhale, best vaped warm to hot, as a max VG blend.

I have fallen in love with flavorah's tobacco's. I usually am the person who strays far from tobacco'ish flavors, but I think flavorah may have hooked me. Here is a simple tobacco recipe that I find really enjoyable. Maybe in future revisions I will drop the tobacco to 2.5%.
Their tobaccos are seriously epic. Honestly, my favorite thing I've found in their kit as of right now, because I too am not a tobacco vape guy. It makes perfect sense given their flavorings are developed for them by Mother Murphy's, who specialized for half a century in flavoring for tobacco. When I made that connection, it all clicked for me.
Out of all of flavorahs full lineup I find that the Tobaccos, Pink guava, Vanilla Custard, and Coconut are the ones I have been using the most. The coconut is so versatile. In low percentages it adds a creamy layer to any dessert juice. But that tobacco is just so damn tasty as well. I enjoy the flue cured more so than the virginia blend myself.
Same here on Flue-Cured. It's other-worldly good. So complex and multi-layered, and authentic in the best way possible. I can't get enough of it, honestly lol.
Coconut is great too, previously I only liked FA Coconut but FLV is really excellent too.
I am not sure where I got this recipe from, but holy shit - its so creamy and delicious. It's my favorite mix at the moment, already sucked down 120ml of it.

I have no name for it, this is the first version I did and boy it's good. Its a very tropical fruity mix thats very sweet and sour. This has to be the most tasting juice I made so far. Its almost like drinking juice or eating a candy.
I dont think Ill be modifying it. If anything I might be dropping the pineapple to 0.5% for a slightly less sour and TH, but thats it.
If you try it leave me some feedback!

I'm a fan of Queenside and orange in general so I wanted to make something sweet creamy and well orange.
It does sort of taste like and orange cream sickle. I'm thinking that after a couple weeks it might be even better. I'm still waiting but after making it I cannot stop vaping it haha
I'd like to make it a bit more flavorful without changing the taste too much, maybe some sweetener too.
Thoughts?

One day I was running low on custard, so I decided to drop my custard from 14% to 10, and subbed in vanilla cupcake and cake batter on a whim. I let a few friends sample it to see their thoughts and they said its the best strawberry custard they ever tasted. Anyways, here it is:

'nana cream V3!!!
I made this three days ago and wasn't too impressed with my revisions, but I just took a pull while studying for my midterm and coughed, "so close!!" I got into DIY with the dream of cloning this juice, so here it is, maybe you can fix what I have not. (it's been steeping on my computer exhaust for those three days)
- 4% Pear TFA
- 4% Banana Cream TFA
- 4% Strawberries and Cream TFA
- 3% Banana CAP
- 2% Strawberry LA
- 0.5% Sour TFA
Maybe it's more simple than what you 'nana seekers are messing with ;)
just read OP's post again, I realize this is a clone, but this is a great juice regardless. I could just rename it and say that this is an OG juice, but I want you guys to know what I'm shooting for here.
Damn, really want to try this, looks interesting, but no CAP Banana :-(
Not that it really matters but how close is the colour to the original?
I just threw the companies on the list because of the formatting requests; a different company banana could very well end up better. And the LA Strawberry has red dye in it unfortunately, so the juice has a bit of a redish brown tint to it, still steeping though. Will update if you want :D

Being eager to try something with Flavorah's awesome Pink Guava, but only having one particular honey (which I knew was a pretty potent sharp honey when I used way too much of it in another recipe), I threw this together and was extremely happy with how it came out. Tastes of mint, honeyed grapefruit, mandarin oranges - just lovely as shake and vape. It's less than an hour old as of posting, so no idea how well this will age (but my 0 nic 5ml batch is already gone, so I may never find out). Of course, a lot of its virtue is likely just the Pink Guava. This stuff is a treat.

It has been brought to my attention that the name foreplay is a vendor's juice. I didn't know that when I named this recipe. This is not a clone. This is an original DIY recipes that tastes nothing like the vendor's juice Foreplay.

This is an "in your face" creamy butterscotch pudding. I was originaly using 4.5% of TFA Butterscotch and 4.5% FW Butterscotch, but it was a bit much. The "Flavorah Vanilla Custard" really gives it that creamy pudding flavor that makes this recipe so damn delicious, but it requires about a 5-7 days for it to come together. The "Salty Butter Balls" Gives it the extra "Buttery" layer that makes the butterscotch shine. This has been an ADV for me for about a week.
