That seems like an awful lot of yellow cake. That stuff is so potent. I maybe would drop it down to 3% and try this myself.

I'll definitely try this when I'm able. I do agree thats a lot of Yellow Cake, even half that amount completely murders my coils. Bet its tasty though!

Looks good, I'd add a touch of AP and some cake batter...might add a nice touch to it. I like to add meregue and fresh cream to my cakes as well (just a few drops ea)

Edit: This is very good. Almost has a moist feel to it. I've been looking for a good lemon cake and this hits the spot.
