I recently made an order from Bullcity I had a few questions & they responded back same day every time. Then I made my order & there was 3 flavors I wanted to try for the first time so I only wanted the smaller bottles, but they were only available in 4oz bottle & 1 flavor was sold out altogether. So in the notes I asked if those flavors came in stock before they shipped my order if they'd be able to add them in & charge my card. Which would save me shipping on ordering them at another time. Only 3 days later & my order arrived with a note that they added ALL 3 of the flavors to my package at no charge. Now that's what I call good customer service. Service like that will keep me as a customer for along time to come. And I recommend them to anyone that hasn't already tried them.....

I was looking to make a decent sized order & a lot of flavors were out of stock, so I emailed & asked when you were gonna restock and got a response back same day. Whoever emailed told me you were working on restocking that week & being able to restock faster in future. Sure enough next day all but the 3 flavors I mentioned were in stock. And then to throw them 3 flavors in for free was above & beyond. And not to mention every time iv ordered shipping was always super fast. There are so many places to shop when it comes to DIY & Flavors that it's almost stressful to decide where to buy from. But customer service like that of bullcity makes the choice real easy for me. So ya thanks for the great service, will definitely be recommending B.C from now on.....

I've only ordered from you guys twice, but it's going to be a lot more. Shipping times are unbelievably fast compared to anywhere else I order from.

Sorry to hear you had a slow turn around. We strive to get things out as fast as possible. If was fairly recently it may have been because of the weather. We had two weeks where we got lots of ice and snow and it really hurt us.

I'm glad to see BCV has some representation here. I'm also glad to see them growing at an exponential rate. I like to support my local businesses and they have been my go to. Customer service is top notch.

I was glad to see you guys got a booth at Vapor Slam as well. I doubt I'm going this year since I make my own hardware and juice now, there is really nothing for me there. I am considering picking up my next order just to meet you guys in person. I'm waiting for a restock on a flavor before rolling out there.

Thank you for the support! Like I have told others we strive for customer satisfaction, if it wasn't for people like you we would not be here today. A word of advice, if you are waiting on a flavor to get in stock get on the e-mail notification list for that flavor. It makes our system prioritize it when it arrives at our facility.

I hate you are going to miss Vaporslam. I will be there running the booth on Saturday. We welcome pick ups at the facility, just call before you come so we can make sure we have your order pulled and set aside for you.

you guys and gals are seriously awesome! I have been a customer for a while now, but I haven't been making as many purchases as I used to, as I am buying most my stuff in much larger sizes than you carry now. I currently have a special order with you and am super happy you guys are working with me on it. I was super pleased when drew contacted me back about my request and can't wait to have it delivered :). I will need to visit sometime, as I am not too far away (concord, about 2ish hrs away), I would love to meet and greet the wonderful crew you are a part of. Keep up the amazing work, y'all are seriously my favorite reseller of flavorings. I highly recommend BCV to any diy'er, as they are super fast at fulfilling orders and have an outstanding customer service!

I just placed my first order with you guys yesterday. It's already in the mail on its way. Prices seemed fair, selection was pretty good (with a few exceptions on out of stock).

If you can win the "all the things in stock" game, you'll have some more business coming your way. It's a game a lot of DIY vendors have issues winning, and it often makes it hard to do an all-in-one order, which is usually what I aim for. Just a few cents from another customer :)

Do you guys ship to Canada? When I try to estimate tax and shipping in the shopping cart I can select Canada, but then it says "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address."

Unfortunately at this time we only ship to the US. We are looking into hopefully some time in the future offering international shipping.

I'm gonna have to add my 2 cents. I've touted BCV before, but just had another great customer service experience yesterday. I place fairly small orders, so I like to consolidate as much as possible to maximize shipping. The last order I made, about a week ago, there were 4 things that I needed that were out of stock. That's ok, I thought. I'll just wait. They're usually really quick to restock.

Yesterday, they still weren't stocked. Obviously, I've been spoiled. So, I emailed, just asking if this was unusual, or if perhaps all the NudeNicotine bruhaha had given them the Reddit hug of death. They responded within hours. As usual. The rep explained that getting some of their flavors was taking a little longer these days, so they were taking steps to keep more on hand. Said he hoped they would be in that evening.

BAM. I come home today, everything I wanted was back in stock. Order placed. I expect I'll have it by Saturday if things go like they usually do.

TL;DR BullCityVapors is great.

I am glad you got the items you were looking for. If they were there today I take it you were looking for FA. We try our best to keep it on hand but being they are from Italy sometimes it can take us a month to get a shipment from them. So now we are trying to stock more of it so we don't have a lull in availability.

Ya there wide variety of flavors is what brought me there to begin with. And then the top notch service cemented me in as a permanent customer. I forgot I had also asked them if they sold just the lids to there glass bottles they sell & they threw 5 lids in my order as well. Seem like good guys workin over there.

My first DIY order of anything was 3 or 4 weeks ago and I was totally happy with BC's service. They were quick with processing and shipping....especially since it was a big order and had all sorts of different products. I'm definitely a return customer after hearing this + something about that name "Bull City" that is total rock & roll:)

Ya I'm always looking for the mailman after I make an order so there fast shipping is a big PLUS. I ordered some other flavors from a different company the same day I made my order from B.C & that package still hasn't been delivered yet & iv already had my order from B.C for a couple days...

They have been my main source of flavorings since I found them. Great prices, fast shipping. Never had to deal with customer service, but glad if I ever do it sounds like it will be a smooth process. Only problem I have with them is being out of stock of things a lot.

I was excited when I got ready to make my order & then pretty deterred when they were out of stock on almost all the flavors I wanted. Luckily tho they restocked the next day. And the employee I spoke with told me they would definitely be restocking faster from now on. So let's hope that becomes the normal for them.

I promise we are working very hard on the stock issues. If you are waiting on a flavor be sure to get on the e-mail notification. It causes our system to prioritize that flavor.

I'm super new at DIY and I don't talk much online but I have now ordered from Bull City twice in 2 weeks. The first order was placed at a time I had orders out with several other vendors, Bull City beat them all in shipping, including several orders that predated it. The 2nd order was based on the success and speed of the first order and again it was whip-fast turnaround. Their shipping is remarkably fast and they had many things in stock that other sellers did not. Win win win :) Yeah, a me too post, but thanks for posting this OP, solid companies deserve a shout out.

I made my first DIY order from BCV. I was able to get everything I needed plus more flavors than I could comprehend for less than my weekly premade juice budget. That order easily lasted me 2 months, with flavorings to spare. For my next order, I tried another popular company just to try out. While the other company wasn't bad (nothing to complain about) , I was overall much more happy with BCV. Will be making my second order with them hopefully this week. Good job BCV!

Isn't it amazing how much you can save with DIY. It is crazy the mark up rate is on store bought juices. I started DIY to save money myself and now my job is to help others. BCV all around is a great company, top notch above and beyond just the sales!

I started vaping to save money on cigs. Health/social benefits were a bonus. I started using mechs to save money on replacing eGos. I started using rebuildables to save money on cartos and replacement atomizer heads. I started DIY to save money on juice. In that order. I will spend on average maybe $100 a month on vape/DIY gear and it's definitely worth it to me. That money goes a long way, and it's a fun and unique hobby. Don't know why I just typed all this out, but I don't feel like deleting it. :)

lol. No worries. I was in the same boat. It was to the point I was vaping 100ml a week. Buying from a store that would be more than I was on analogs. I got into DIY to save money myself but the only problem there is soooo many flavors I want to try.

Damn.. I wish I read this 2 days ago. I just did a decent order from them but literally cut the order in half because they didn't have some flavors I really needed.

Sorry about that lack of flavors in stock. The weather really hurt us and we have lots of products on the way. I will be adding some new flavors on the website soon too so be sure to look for those.
