Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is warranted, but I thought it might help. I've been mixing for quite some time, and there's a couple of my blends that I really enjoy, but I don't have the time to clean up 30 different syringes every time I decide I want to make a couple of bottles (if a friend asks, or whatnot). There's a pretty easy way to go about this so long as you know your recipe. Just felt it might be useful to outline it. I use the Recipe Calculator found here (if you haven't used this, you've got to, it's simply the best tool for mixing available). So here's my explanation; take it as you will:
Let's call this recipe, Recipe X:

We'll consider this the Concentrate portion of the mix. Obviously you're going to have some PG/VG/Nic, but let's go with a basic situation: say 20/80/3. It's understood that 20% of this mix is going to be PG, 80% of this mix is going to be VG, so let's mete out the Concentrate before moving onto the base. Considering that the full mix consists of 100%, and we want 20% of the mix to be PG, we can achieve this easily by organizing our mix into a block of 20% which consists of PG+Flavorings, and 80% which consists of VG+VG-based-Nic. Let's work out some numbers so that it becomes more obvious.
If you wanted to turn 20% of your mix into a 100% concentrate, simply multiply all of your Flavoring %s by 5 and set your mix to 100% PG, so:

You can now use this Concentrate to make however many number of milliliters you'd like (don't forget to add the remaining amount of PG to this concentrate, which, in this instance, would be 55%). Onto the Base, or the VG/Nic portion of your blend. The other 80% of the mix is going to consist of the VG and Nic. If you wanted 0 nicotine you could just consider this straight VG, but to convert nicotine, you'll have to multiply that value by 1.25 (this is wrought from the fact that 100/80 = 1.25). So 3 mg/ml of nicotine will become 3.75% nicotine (THIS IS ONLY IF YOU'RE USING 100 mg/ml NIC/VG solution, if you're using anything else, your numbers will vary).
Now, let's say I wanted to make a 30 ml of Recipe X, instead of breaking out 8 different syringes, I could use a scale and two syringes and have the bottle finished in under 20 seconds. To do this I would add 6 ml of the Concentrate and 24 ml of the Base (30 * 20% = 6, 30 * 80%=24). What makes this really fast is that, once you have your mix down and know the weight of each component (Concentrate and Base (the e-liquid calculator I linked handles all of that)), you can just set your bottle on the scale and fill to that weight.

I'm sorry if this is widely known, but it took me a couple days to really figure out so I thought I might save some people some time.
Example of what I'm putting into each using grams (everything considered 1 gram/ml):
I want to make 300 ml of Concentrate and 1000 ml of Base:
Concentrate
300 ml * 55% = 165 grams (or ml) of PG
300 ml * 25% = 75 grams of LA Lemonade
300 ml * 5% = 15 grams of FA RY4
300 ml * 5% = 15 grams of FA Hypnotic Myst
300 ml * 5% = 15 grams of FA Vienna Cream
300 ml * 2.5% = 7.5 grams of FA Vanilla Classic
300 ml * 2.5% = 7.5 grams of FA Fuji
Base
1000 * 3.75% = 37.5 grams of 100% VG Nicotine
1000 * 96.25% = 962.5 grams of VG
This would be enough to mix forty-one 30 ml bottles (300/6 = 50, 1000/24 = 41.66667).

P.S. If you have the ingredients, try the mix. It's a different way of achieving a cereal vape. I was going for a Citrus/Tobacco but ended up with a fruit loops. I hate fruit loops. It could probably use a hint of FA Meringue to give it a little milky taste. I haven't tried this yet because I hadn't intended on making a cereal vape.
In short: Say you have 10 recipes, varying in total flavoring percentage from 4% to 18% - you make a flavor base of each of them, and add PG so that each of the recipes can now be mixed at 20% - yes, all of them.
ELR supports this - you just input how much flavor base you want to make, and what percentage you want to mix it in (if total flavoring is 5.5% it suggests 5.5%, but you can go higher if you want, and PG will be added). It then tells you how much finished liquid the resulting base can make, and what % to mix it at :)
If you have a lot of "regular" recipes, making flavor bases this way can be a huge time saver!

when using liquid plant food they say not to mix it together as it may cause nutrient lock or other chemical reactions. do you pre mix flavor concentrates at full potency or add them to your vg/pg when mixing?
I find it more flexible to make your concentration without any added PG and mix it at the intended percentage. It gives you options to vary the total PG/VG ratio or use nic bases with varied PG/VG ratios.
The formula for each flavoring is (100 / Sum of all flavoring percentages) * Percentage of this flavoring
Using your example recipe:
5 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 9% total flavoring
100/9 = 11.111
LA Lemonade 5.00% - 11.111 * 5 = 55.555%
FA RY4 1.00% - 11.111 * 1 = 11.111%
FA Hypnotic Myst 1.00% - 11.111 * 1 = 11.111%
FA Vienna Cream 1.00% - 11.111 * 1 = 11.111%
FA Vanilla Classic 0.50% - 11.111 * 0.5 = 5.555%
FA Fuji 0.50% - 11.111 * 0.5 = 5.555%
Then you can mix your concentration at 9% (the sum of all recipe flavoring percentages) into whatever base you desire. The method you outlined is certainly valid and can make a lot of sense if you're producing at set PG/VG ratios. Making your concentration to be mixed at the recipe flavoring total percentage is an alternative method that may work better for folks producing multiple base variations of their flavors.
Of course there's always that option. It really depends on how you want your base to end up. I just wanted to start with something simple rather than plunging into the plethora of options. With taking the 9% and upconverting to 100%, you can achieve a "Max VG" mix, but if you have set levels, let's say 20/80, 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, it's way faster to mix using a 20% block as opposed to the 9% block. With the method I've posted you would need 4 bases per nic level. With your method you would need 4 bases per nic level per mixture, if each mixture were different percentages of the total flavoring.
