Here is my process if you have any advice or Ideas for me please share it, Thanks!

Ok first off I grab my Lab equipment Gloves, pipettes, flavors ect. I set up about 10 10ML Bottles. I get my E Liquid calculator and set up calculations for each bottle and add in my VG and Nic. I then grab 1 bottle and calculate my percentages of flavors and add them to the bottle. I write down all the notes and make a name for my liquid, write it on a label then place it on the bottle, then grab the next Bottle and repeat this Process.

After ive made all my juices I shake them up pre steep them all that good stuff. I then have a few RDAs I test each juice with, constantly changing the cotton and testing the next. When I find a juice I like I will put a good amount into a tank and vape on it all day. After this I usually set these juices to the side then start on another batch.

I now have about 60 different bottles of juice and really have no idea where to start on testing them. I have dates on them so I know which ones are good and steeped. Im thinking maybe grab 1 bottle and vape on it all day, if I like it and take notes and see what I can improve on it. If it tastes like crap I just throw it out.

It would be helpful if some of you guys could give me your entire juice making process if that isnt to difficult to explain.

Seriously? I will deffinetely take you up on that. I have been reading this sub reddit for a long long time so I feel like I know quite a bit but I just hate to bother anyone with stupid questions and seems like everyone I talk to localy only wants to talk about 1 thing. Massive Clouds and cloud chasing Or some vendors juice that is so good. If you could help me I wouldnt mind sending you some juice for you to test and give me feedback on free of charge. So far I feel pretty confident about a banana cream pie and a strawnana mix. Also I am in the works of a really nice orange cream mix. Or I could just share these recipes with you if you have all the ingredients. I have almost every single flavor from capellas and TFA they make. Just a very few that I dont have I believe.

Haha Thanks. I feel like I should do pretty good hopefuly :/ I am very big into Cooking and I have been told im a very good Chef so maybe that helps me out a little bit?? I see alot of horror stories about other Newer Diyers talking about how they are struggling to make any good recipes and so far I havent really had any problem. It took me over a year to find a vendor and flavor I could call an Adv. I was almost blown away about how easy it was to DIY and I have been throwing my money at Top rated/quality vendors for so long thinking wow I could never make a flavor this great, I had 2 Adv from 2 different vendors and tried so many more but just fell in love with these 2 specifically. It took me a month or so but I now have 4 of my own I alternate between every week or so that are my Advs now.

I'm not an expert, so take my advice with a grain of salt. One thing you might want to consider, is using your PG as your first ingredient, then your flavours next.
I found that dropping flavours right into your PG base and shaking a bit, before adding VG or nic, helps mix those flavours a little faster.
Once an idea strikes, I'll whip up five 10ml bottles, each one with slight variations on the flavors. I label the bottles prior to mixing, usually just A through E, though I once got ambitious and used Greek letters. I start with the flavors, going down the line of bottles flavor by flavor. Then some nic, then the VG.
For testing, I have two of the same RDA's with the same build, and a glass or water to keep my mouth from drying up (tried with beer one night, doesn't work, but I had no real complaints until the next morning). This allows me to compare two variants at the same time.
I'll take my two favorite variants, mix up a few small bottles for friends so they can give me feedback.
Yeah I really wish I had friends to help me out but I dont have many friends. I finaly found a local Facebook page and I made a post about how I am starting to make juice and if anyone would like to join me with experimenting and testing flavors some local "vaping guru/master/king" who owns one of the ONLY local juice shops in my area or maybe he works there, immediately replied kind of bashing on me and acting like I am a total douchbag for even attempting to try and start making juice in this area. I asked him for some advice about flavoring in a certain recipe they sell at their shop and mentioned a few brands "capella/TFA/LA/FA" and he just replied with, that they dont use ANY of these brands and again that I pretty much am just an amature/retard and need to stop trying to make juice at all. Soo.. Yeah I dont really think I hit it off very well with the Local vapors in my Area. Haha
facebook is so much fail, and many e-vapors are tards. he sounds like a clown who's deathly afraid of any competition.
Here's my simple method for attempting to hammer out a new flavor combo: Come up with a basic recipe by percentages. Let's say it's 10% flavor A and 8% flavor B. Grab a 10mL bottle or similar. Drop 10 drops of A, 8 drops of B, the appropriate number of drops of nic (if you use 100mg/ml, it's 1 drop per 1mg in the final mix, so I use 6 drops for 6mg), and then add the drops of A+B+nic, then subtract that total from 100. Now add that many drops of VG, or PG/VG blend in the right ratio, to your bottle. This makes for about ~3.5mL of juice. Shake it to death, hot-water steep it for a couple hours, and try it out.
You can make several variations of percentages on the same idea in no time this way, and once you find a decent mix ratio, you can use that to make a 15mL test batch mixing by weight (like I do) or volume, but the idea of the 100 drop test is just to get the percentage ratios of the flavors down first in a simple easy way.
Thanks I never thought about doing it By drops, but that would make more sense and save time for testing. I was just always afraid one of the drops could be off weight a few But being that small I guess it wouldnt matter to much. Do you just use pipettes of the same size so all drops are equal in size?
I usually make a batch about 4ml (about 100 drops) without nicotine just to see if the flavors play nice together. Label with the date (right down the recipe ofcourse) let them steep for a few days and taste. I don't put nicotine in my testers cause I don't want to waste nicotine if the batch sucks and I'll make 100 ml of tasters at a time
When I first started mixing I never used Nic in my tester bottles and it always seemed to throw off the flavors after I mixed it again with Nic. So now i usually just add Nic but when im testing new flavors I make around 4-6 Ml so the amount of Nic I use is very small less than 1ML somtimes. If I have really weird flavors I think I may not like then I wont use Nic at all. Also somthing about the mixes getting darker when you add Nic and let them steep. When I mix without nic they dont get dark and it kind of throws me off I think im not sure. But so far most of the mixes I make have been pretty good so I havent wasted much Nic as of yet. I ordered 125Ml and a 1Liter bottle and still have a little left in the 125Ml bottle And havent touched the 1 Liter. The largest bottle ive mixed so far was 30ML and it was a very delicious banana cream Pie I came up with.

I also use nic in my test mixes, it takes an extra 60 seconds to put it in and costs an extra 5 cents, why not make sure you're excluding all possible variables to make it different than a final mixture. Also make sure you're keeping that 1L of nic in the freezer so it doesn't oxidize. I break mine down into 100mL bottles and just have one out at a time so it doesn't oxidize too quickly.
My mixing area is usually a mess and sticky and I usually just grab a handful of flavors that I'm working with and a handful of beakers and start pouring. Methodically of course. I used to to do the whole get the whole set up ready and make sure everything is in its place and has a label. But when you mix for long enough and have enough failed mixes the novelty wears off super quick. Now it's more of a mad obsession towards perfection rather than systematic approach.
My process is fairly straight-forward, I think, but I start with tossing my vg in a warm water bath, then grab all my equipment; like my scale, nic, vg pipette, and X amount of bottles. I then grab all the flavors I'm planning on working with (I keep my diy stuff away from my clean work area, just due to space in my apt) and then I get my calculator set up with different tabs for each flavor.
I make juice in the following order:
- Nic (if any) Also, for large experimental days, I'll do nic first in every bottle so I don't have to re-open and re-handle nic 10 times.
- Flavors
- shake/swirl the hell outta that
- VG
- shake
- Usually a warm water bath to thin the max vg juice I make.
- shake
- Waaaaiiiiitttt
I just am looking to figure out for myself how long I need to wait and if I need to rethink some steps, since I've only been doing this for about 2 weeks now.
I'm so bad at this. Usually I try to make something hopefully vapable in 15ml amounts based on some homework. If it smells toxic/gross I throw it out, if it smells ok then I go ahead with it.
Lately I mix the flavors in a cheap non-heated magnetic mixer and do a taste test without the nicotine. I often taste drops of flavor on my hand too...
I really need an RDA though, and try to make smaller batches. Even with a scale, I think mixing under 10ml would get iffy for me. Those 0.5% flavors in 10ML are just barely distinguishable. And the drops method varies too much unless everything is standardized.
IDK, I wish I could play more...but it's so time consuming, plus the cleaning etc. So just 1-2 mixes a day for me.
