I just bought some concentrated powder today, and i was wondering how to mix it properly?
I tried putting some in one of my juices but it started tasting kinda funky, kinda like the old, shut closet smell but in flavour instead....
too much or too little?
Search citric acid in the sidebar.
Common methods are 1/4tsp or 1g per 10ml of PG.
~~If you are aiming for 10% Citric Acid, you need 1g CA in 9g PG.~~
~~1g per 10g/10mL PG will get you closer to 9%.~~
1.67g CA in 9.32g PG for 10% Citric Acid.
Maximum Citric Acid Solubility:
- 10% CA is max in PG.
- 5% CA is max in VG.
- 15% CA is max in Ethyl Alcohol.
These values vary by temperature. Heat up the mixture in a hot water bath for a few hours and shake to get it full dissolved.
Citric Acid for canning has preservative and anti-caking agents. Get the 100% pure type.
I personally use 0.25 - 2.0%. More than that make the vape harsh for me.
I believe MBV uses their "Sour Yum" for Thug Juice, never tried it though. There should be a lot of Thug Juices recipes if you search.

Tried searching, not defined nearly enough for me to understand properly.
1g/10ml PG, and then drip it in? or pure citric in the diy blend itself? And is it different to use it in VG?
1g/10ml PG which makes your concentrate. You then use that in the mix.
I did what Botboy suggests but it's not what I expected.
I bought citric acid in hopes of getting that 'Thug Juice' sourness but it's no where close. Anyone know what can be used? I want that 'sour laces' sweetie flavour.
