Here's a juice order form template you guys can use that I made from Google Forms. It'll make keeping track of things easier.

Thanks to /u/tournant for the original idea. I built my own after seeing his(I'll let him link to it if he wants), but with just a little more functionality like pictures, quantities, and nic strength & base ratio choices.

I'm using this for personal use as an easy way for friends and family to see what juices I have, and to let me know what they want so I can keep track of it easily.

I just copied my form, removed all of my specifics, and made the file public on google docs. You just need to copy the file to your Google docs account and add all your info to use it.

Thanks, but I got the idea from /u/LapineLupine originally, he deserves the credit here!

And OP also took my form and vagazzled it up so now it flows even better! I'll have my domain and his snazzy version of my form all together later tonight.

I just adapted over what I was using for groupbuys to keep track of 50-100 people.

I have went a few steps beyond this, mine calculates weight of my packages, total due, and a itemized list.

It also sends out invoices. Soon to be replaced by a fully working website though.
