Warning about this flavor?

Some of my mixes on e-liquid-recipes.com have an exclamation point graphic next to them saying that there is a "warning about this flavor"? I don't see a key anywhere explaining why, does anyone know what this means?

Without a link to the recipes themselves, it is just a guess, but I'd wager the ingredients are either tank crackers or have Diacetyl or related diketones in it.

You called it. Apparently these flavors crack plastic tanks. Not a problem for me though.

Well it's good to be sure... Some of the exclamation points are relating to tank cracking, but they use the same emblem to denote diketones as well as essential oils.
