Need help coming up with a good graham cracker or vanilla graham cracker
submitted over 10 years ago by truekey

Here's the potential flavors I could work with: Graham Cracker v2 (CAP) Cheesecake /w graham crust (CAP) Sweet Cream (CAP) Vanilla Swirl (TFA?) Vanilla Custard V2 (CAP) Cinnamon Danish Swirl (CAP? Forgot) Sugar Cookie V2 (CAP)

I want a fairly sweet graham cracker, not too much on the cinnamon side but not too custardy. Any tips for a starting point, percentage wise?

/u/TomHanksDied is really on to something here. I'd highly recommend you start there.

That looks great, I need to order brown sugar and fresh cream.

I have cinnamon danish and sweet cream though. feel like I could work with that...

Personally, I hate sweet cream a lot of people love it though. Fresh Cream from FA is out of this world good. Go with what you have though, let me know how it turns out!

Okay first attempt. Mixed 15ml...

4% graham cracker v2 4% cheesecake /w graham crust 3% vanilla swirl

Tasting notes right off the bat.. no steep of course.

Was trying not to overdo the graham, but I feel like I could have gone higher than 4%. Maybe 5 or 6% next run

Overall though, I like that it's actually pretty mellow. Too much cinnamon flavor kind of irritates me, this is pretty smooth. Maybe like .5% sweet cream to add a slight milky/sourness would be nice.

I made the mistake of doing 10% cinn Danish and 10% graham cracker. Cinnamon DESTROYED it. Steeped it for a few days with heat on and off, now looking for a way to dilute it ;-( same with my plain coffee, it needs enhancers. Made my first purchase with very similar flavors to yours.

I think tfa graham cracker clear is up your alley... I never noticed any cinnamon taste even at 5%

Agreed. I use graham cracker v2 from CAP and it's dry with a pinch of cinnamon. Even at 2% it comes through.
