Relatively new to DIY (1month) and I've noticed some of my flavorings changing colors over time. For example my bavarian cream was a clear color when I received it and is now a dark yellow color after a few weeks of sitting. My question is, is the flavor developing still or is it still the same as it would be if I used it when it was clear? I hear of steeping mixed juice all the time but have never heard of the flavorings being steeped. Whats the difference?
