Made our first batch of juice! Couldn't have happened without you guys
submitted over 10 years ago by TheyCallMeGoddy

I wanna say thank you to this sub for all of the information about flavors, mixing, and where to begin the whole process. After a month of vaping and learning how to build coils, my mother, girlfriend and I decided to start making ejuice (we all quit smoking together with the help of vaping).

A bunch of supplies and around 30 or so flavors later, we made our first set of juice! http://imgur.com/Nc5F3xm

After two days of steeping all of them smell delicious and most taste pretty good. I can't wait to try them after they have sat for a week or two. We made one that tastes like a Mounds bar and another that is a mixture of guava, peach and pecans - tastes fantastic!

Thanks again guys, we are having a blast mixing these up and creating new juices.

Nice work! Looks way more organized than anything I've ever done!

Curious about the mounds bar recipe, willing to share? :)

Haha thank you! Of course! It was pretty simple and this is the first time making it, but it as follows:

TFA Double Chocolate 8% TFA Coconut Candy 6% TFA Sweet Cream 4%

After just a few days of steeping the coconut is more of a secondary flavor to the chocolate. I am hoping it comes out more over time.

I made something like this with Capella flavors, but I ended up using like...9% coconut, 2% choc fudge brownie, 2% sweet cream, and 2% marshmallow. It took a little for the coconut to come out, and I've noticed chocolate is delicious but does tend to overpower. Coconut and chocolate are really yummy together, though!

It is Juicy Guava Nut; guava, juicy peach and pecan. It is delicious!

Very cool. Where do you get the dropper tops for the flavoring bottles?

I ordered them through Wizard Labs, the 8ml dropper caps. I was using pipettes for the 4ml bottles directly from TFA (Wizard Labs was out of a lot of flavors).

Damn I wish I would have caught those when I ordered. Much easier and a worthy investment.

Thanks

That's awesome! I have only been diy'ing a few weeks now for my wife and myself but it's been fun!

Let me share an easy hand-me-down recipe that I found that tastes absolutely delicous. I wish I could tell you the origin, but the source I got it from didn't know it either.

Banana Pudding

Bavarian Cream (LorAnn) 6%

Cheesecake (LorAnn) 6%

Ripe Banana (TPA) 8%

Just a note - I have only tried it at 70/30 or 60/40 VG/PG and it tastes good either way. But after doing mostly VG juices for a while, I found the 60/40 a little too much throat hit for me, but if that's what you want, then go for it.

I wrote that one down for when we get more bottles, thanks. I am planning on ordering more flavors today from vendors other than TFA, so hopefully I can give this one a go.

I know that's a lot for TPA Ripe Banana but the creams really mellow out the flavor.
