Aaaaahhhhhh someone wants to buy my juice!!
submitted over 10 years ago by [deleted]

This is crazy!

I frequent a local vape shop and they're always trying out my juices. They've asked me to bring in 5 sample flavours and if there's interest from people at the store they're going to bring it in! They have a lot of people requesting fruit flavours (which they don't stock a lot of) and want to see how mine do!

They have a full lab clean room setup I can use too, if there's a good response and they end up bringing it in.

I've got a spring/summer collection together and will be working on more custom blends as time goes on, bringing them out 5 at a time (a la 5 pawns)

I've even thought up a company name and made labels.

It's so exciting !

I would be careful without product liability insurance, if anything at all were to happen, allergic reaction/injury/whatever you would be at least in part liable, as would the vape shop for carrying your juice without your insurance on file. Having a company name is all well and good, however I'd file for LLC and look into getting the insurance before moving forward. Best of luck!

What kinds of flavors do you specialize in? I might be interested if you were willing to sell online too. Also congrats man. That is huge. :)

I'm in Canada as well. What part are you in? I could really use some help with sourcing out nicotine here.

They sell the istick there for pretty cheap too, 42.99. Not bad at all for a B&M shop.

Try to have them bring you in under their product liability insurance. I wouldn't sell your juice unless they're willing to. Also, set up an LLC to do the business name under. If someone has an allergic reaction or what have you to the juice you could lose everything you own if you don't take these precautions.

Selling juice is a whole different animal, perhaps /u/botboy141 could chime in here. He's got some experience.

Congratulations on the interest though man!
