<Flavor> (<Vendor>) @ x%
<Flavor> (<Vendor>) y drops per z ml

(note - if you are having trouble with spacing, hit the space bar twice before you hit return and your typing will begin on a new line). Again - before you post a new thread, have you used the search function and the sidebar? Happy Mixing!

It tastes kinda like those strawberry special K bars.

It's best after 5 days of age, though it is vape-able immediately.

Two watermelon recipes I've worked on a bit. These aren't final versions (not totally happy yet), but it's a decent start.

#1

LA Watermelon - 8%

TFA Bubblegum - 4%

TFA Guava - 3%

Really like this recipe. I'm not sure what I want to change, if anything, but I ran out of guava so I can't make any more to test it out. It tastes really good though. Definitely a candy watermelon with a bubblegum flavor, and the guava adds a nice bottom taste to it. If anything, I'd add another fruit flavor to complement the guava.

#2

10% TFA Watermelon

3% TFA Sweet Cream

2% TFA Strawberry

This is a weird one. I only have a half-formed image of what I want this to be, so it's a bit of an adventure trying to get it there. I don't think I like TFA Watermelon - even at 10%, I really don't get a strong watermelon flavor like I want. I need to experiment more - I might mix in LA, but I want a real watermelon taste, not the candy one. I don't know if strawberry is the right fruit here either. I like TFA Sweet Cream, diketones be damned, and I think I might up the % a bit too.

If anyone wants to mix these up and give some thoughts it'd be much appreciated.

1 points

by BuryMeInSmokeover 10 years ago

I thought the same about TFA's watermelon. I haven't had a chance to play around with it yet but I think maybe a mix of TFA honeydew and TFA watermelon could give a better watermelon.

2 points

by sxeQover 10 years ago

That might be a damn good idea... Mix watermelon and honeydew with the touch of sweet cream. I'm imagining a lime flavor to back it up, but I don't have any right now.

2 points

by sxeQover 10 years ago

Back with an update - honeydew is damn good. I haven't found a single mix that TFA Honeydew makes worse, and this is no exception.

I swapped out the strawberry for honeydew, and I added some LA watermelon to give it more of that taste (and the lovely pink color... eugh).

I'd still kill for some FA Lime to add to it, and I want to come up with a way to up the "cream" aspect more. Thinking maybe whipped cream, but idk - I'm not really looking for a bavarian cream or vanilla swirl profile, so I don't want to throw milkstone in it.

1 points

by returnityover 10 years ago

a small splash of milkstone just adds the effect, not the vanilla-y aspect of milkstone. try it out.

Add 3-5% TFA Bubblegum-brings up the watermelon-

1 points

by sxeQover 10 years ago

What doesn't TFA bubblegum make better, seriously?

I'll keep that in mind - I don't know how I feel about bubblegum and sweet cream, though.

by Nstewartover 10 years agoMixologist

I thought I hated tfa watermelon too until I tried it around 2-3%. Give that a shot, best results I've had with it so far.

I don't hate it, honestly. I just wish it was stronger.

I know .25% of TFA raspberry sweet will boost your strawberry & I believe it will boost your watermelon flavor as well.

Prime Pomegranate

This is a flavor that I've been selling, that I enjoy thoroughly, some seem to love it, others hate it. Have pulled it out of my under development line and moved it to my more juice line for those customers still looking to purchase but not looking to really make adjustments/improve it anymore. Reviews just haven't been good enough to pursue further.

Curious for some more thoughts if anyone wants to try it.

 • 5.5% TFA Banana Cream
 • 6.0% TFA Pomegranate
 • 2.5% TFA Blueberry Extra
 • 2.5% TFA Pomegranate Deluxe
 • 2.0% TFA Cotton Candy or 10% Ethyl Maltol solution
 • 1.5% Citric Acid (10% solution)
1 points

by omgitsvenomover 10 years ago

I'm really a fan of the TFA Pomegranate flavor. I'm not entirely sure it has a similar flavor profile and tartness of real pomegranate, but it's some good stuff.

1 points

by Botboy141over 10 years agoFilling Orders!

The addition of the Blue berry and Pomegranate Deluxe help to manipulate the original pomegranate quite a bit to.get it to be something a bit different.

by tet5uoover 10 years ago

Oh was this the one I got from you in the big batch I ordered that was labeled "P" ?

I thought that was pretty interesting. I vaped it all after I left it steep a couple weeks. Seemed a little perfumy at first but when I went back to it was good.

1 points

by Botboy141over 10 years agoFilling Orders!

That's the one. One of the very few flavors I make that has EM in it but it does some interesting stuff with the pomegra nate and banana cream.

I planned to scrap it entirely, but the day I pulled it off the site I got a request from a frequent customer wanting 120ml of it so throwing it back on.

Could just be one of those love/hate flavors.

Looks very Similiar to one I was working on based off of the cereal killer clone. More of a Golden Grahams in Milk. I'll post it even though I am still tweaking it.

Golden Grahams w/ Milk (Based off Cereal Killer Base)(WIP)

 • 0.50% - Brown Sugar (TFA)

 • 1.00% - Catalan Cream (FA)

 • 1.00% - Cheesecake w/ Graham (TFA)

 • 1.00% - Cinnamon Ceylon (FA)

 • 1.00% - Cookie (FA)

 • 2.00% - Graham Cracker Clear (TFA)

 • 1.50% - Hazelnut (FW)

 • 1.00% - Honey (FA)(10% Solution)

 • 0.50% - Marzipan (FA)

 • 1.50% - Meringue (FA)

 • 1.50% - Yellow Cake (FW)

Heat steap, speed steap, or whatever works best for you. Still a work in progress but it is very tasty as is.

Looks great. I didn't think about Catalan Cream. Good idea I'll try some of that in it.

1 points

by Davesnothearover 10 years ago

Catalan cream has that spicy cinnamon undertone with a touch of sweetness/vanilla. Would go good with the fresh cream. My next version of mine I am going to try dropping yellow cake down to 1% and raise graham cracker clear to 2.5. Probably could drop cheececake w/ graham and just raise graham cracker to 4 as well like you did. Fun to tinker with recipes.

I usually do most of my mixing on weekends and I am definately going to try it as you made it. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Why did you chose the FW Hazelnut over FA's Hazelnut? This recipe looks nice!

2 points

by Davesnothearover 10 years agoMixologist

Because fw was in the cereal killer clone, and this is a play on that recipe. I don't see why you couldn't use fa though.

by PeteFunkover 10 years ago

Holy hell, this one is nice. I've killed 6ml of my 10ml tester in the first day. It tastes great after a shake, how long until it settles?

FWIW, here's how I made due with what I had on hand:

Golden Grahams

 • 4% Graham Cracker (TFA)
 • 1% Brown Sugar Extra (TFA)
 • 1% Cinnamon Danish (TFA)
 • 1% Hazelnut (FW)
 • 1% Sweetener (FW)
 • 1% Fresh Cream (FA)
1 points

by TomHanksDiedover 10 years ago

I'm glad you like it. I will be vapeing this for a long while. I like it just as a shake n vape but IMO letting it sit for about 7 days THEN add in the sweetener makes it the best it can be.

Since people say sweetener tends to mute flavors I always add it in after the main flavors steep.

1 points

by truekeyover 10 years ago

I have to say I didn't have hazelnut or brown sugar or fresh cream but I did sweet cream and subbed .5% sugar cookie for those two and it's still pretty darn good

1 points

by akaDRooPYover 10 years ago

Have you tried this with honey flavoring? I'm curious to try this one out... it seems like honey would be essential to the golden graham taste

1 points

by z0yover 10 years ago

I'm only missing the cap gc here, do you think tfa would sub alright?

1 points

I imagine so. I've wanted to try another Graham Cracker for awhile. Try it and let me know how it turned out. I warmed mine on a candle warmer for a few hours on and off.

1 points

by tournantover 10 years ago

This sounds promising. I'm not very on-board with the cereal trend; the obligatory berry element turns me off, but I like what I see here.

1 points

by CompletelySaneOtterover 10 years ago

Obligatory berry element? Most cereal mixes I've seen and done don't have a berry component at all. You totally don't have to.

1 points

by TomHanksDiedover 10 years ago

I even like it after brushing my teeth. The cinnamon cuts through and makes the other flavors really come out.

I just want to thank you for getting me back to working on my Golden Grahams recipe.

I started playing with the profile about a year ago and just couldn't get it right. Seeing your post got me thinking about it again and I've got a version that I really like after a mad mixing session late last night.

Still needs a bit of tweaking, but I think I've got it within a couple of versions of where I want it. Small changes.

So thanks!

Trying to make something vapable with HS Itallian Cream. Finally got something really good:

Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake

 • Strawberry Ripe (TFA) 7.0
 • Italian Cream (HS) 2.0
 • Vanilla Custard (Cap) 2.0
 • Fresh Cream (FA) 1.0
 • Vanilla Swirl (TFA) 2.0
 • Cheesecake Graham Crust (TFA) 1.0
 • Strawberry (FF) 3.0

Decent right after, a little too cheesy for me, but after a week it is fucking delicious! FF is faerie's finest, wouldn't expect many people to have it (only reason I do is b/c someone from the sub is awesome and sent me some to try). It seems kind of on the weaker side, I just have it in to boost the strawberry a little bit. Maybe another would work well too.

*edit: I tried with Cap sweet strawberry as well, but it just wasn't as good for me

Also really good with blueberry variation. Kind of tastes like a blueberry version of a strawberry malt.

 • Fresh Cream (FA) 1.00%

 • Vanilla Swirl (TFA) 2.00%

 • Cheesecake Graham Crust (TFA) 1.00%

 • Blueberry Wild (TFA) 7.00%

 • Bilberry (FA) 1.00%

Need help with a revised Space Jam Andromeda recipe. It's missing a sweetness to it. Any help is appreciated.

Old Recipe was:

The Andromeda I make (and I feel is pretty close) is as follows:

8% TFA Blueberry Extra

4% TFA Pomegranate

3% TFA Vanillin

2% Citric Acid 10% in PG

I seem to burn out of the blueberry very quickly, so I'm looking into dialing it back and adding in other blueberries to round it out. So far I've been using FA Brillberry and FA Blackcurrant in small %'s to accomplish it. It gets further away from what Andromeda actually tastes like, but I don't particularly care. I like it better.

Looper Clone

^(Modified version of Jackster's Cereal Killa that became a Looper clone)

Flavor Base

 • FE Lemon 20%

 • CAP Sweet Tangerine 20%

 • FW Hazelnut 8%

 • FW Yellow Cake 12%

 • FA Bergamot 5.6%

 • FA Meringue 20%

 • FA Orange 14.4%

Then add 2 drops saline per 15mL of flavor base

Directions on use

Cook at 75C for 45 mins preferably with a magnetic stirrer/hotplate device. Then add VG/Nic/PG as desired (I personally put the flavor base at 20%) , cook at 98C for another 20 mins, then remove/turn off heat and stir for an additional 20.

1 points

by VapeQueen214over 10 years ago

Sorry if this is a dumb question but my inability to do simple math has me confused here. Im still trying to wrap my head around flavor bases. If i were to just make this into the flavor instead of the base, would i just move the decimal point one time to the left? I was simply trying to see how you modified the percentages and now ive confused myself. and if i did make the flavor base like you did, would i be extracting 15% of the flavoring each time ? Ive been meaning to ask this question for weeks, please someone explain!

2 points

by mechaetover 10 years ago

Flavor bases are a super-easy way to get the flavorings in the right percentages relative to each other, and not make the full mix process a nightmare.

In this case, it was the only way to get the saline to only affect the flavorings. By the time the initial flavor base cook is completed, the saline has done everything it is going to do, chemistry-wise. The saline mixes in, the leftover water gets evaporated, and the flavor base is now usable with VG/PG/Nic at the desired amounts.

How to use them, though.

So for this one flavor base, the percentages add up to 100%. If you want 10% flavor in your end mix, move the decimal one point to the left. If you want 15%, times everything by 1.5 then move the decimal point one point to the left. The saline becomes the tricky part because it will get modified by the VG and/or PG and the flavor may end up slightly different. Not wildly different, but different is different.

1 points

by jdoughboyover 10 years ago

So does this need to steep? I don't have the saline, how big of a difference do you think it will make?

I haven't placed a new order yet for fizzmustard's Nana Cream clone. I have been playing around with what I have though and this tastes pretty damn good. I think it took on a whole new flavor and is really tasty. It's a nice and well balanced vape. It isn't overly banana tasting and it has a nice creamyness that doesn't have a desert feeling. I think this is pretty different that the original so I don't think it's a clone anymore.

Cinnamon French Toast
Cake Batter (CAP) 3%
Cinnamon Danish (TPA) 3%
French Toast (CAP) 6%
Sweet Cream (TPA) 2%
Let sit for 1 week for the cinnamon to come through, and french toast to mellow out a bit

I've seen a lot of people asking about a good french toast recipe, and this is the one I've had the best luck with so far. I also mixed one today with biscotti instead of cake batter in hopes that it's a little less sweet.

Oh I'm going to try this one. Does it end up super dark because of the French toast? I'm wondering how it treats your coils. Also, what biscotti flavor are you referring to? Thanks!

by yule-lowover 10 years ago

Yeah its dark, the coils do get gunked up after a few ml but nothing that a good dry burn won't fix. The biscotti is from FW

Key Lime Hard Candy (those half green half white thingies)

3% FA Key Lime Cold Pressed
3.25% TFA Coconut Candy

Taste is good, the candy is the only similar thing I could think of. Thinking about upping both flavors and adding Ethyl Maltol as it is quite mellow.

Hey guys, is this the correct thread to ask if anyone has made a clone of a specific juice before?

No, we have a recurring thread for that. Try the search function first though.

Looks tasty and I have all those flavors. The only thing I would personally change is the FA pineapple; it tastes like onions to me for some reason. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet CinnaMint

Cinnamon Redhots (TFA) @ 10%
Sweetener (TFA) 1 drop per 10 ml
Mint Candy (TFA) 1 drop per 10 ml

A smooth cinnamon flavor that has a strong inhale and exhale taste. Has been my ADV for a while now.

All Medicine Flower flavors.

Black

 • Tobacco ABS (10% solution in VG) - 3.5%

 • Clove - 0.4%

 • Orange - 0.9%

I was going for a clove cigarette flavor here. Haven't tried it yet but I have a feeling the clove is way too high. We'll see.

Caramel Apple

 • Caramel - 0.75%

 • Apple - 1.2%

Easy recipe. Been craving it for a while. Vaping it now, but it will take about a week for the caramel to come through. It's gonna be great once it does. Totally vapable as it stands.

Chocolate Covered Cherries

 • Morello Cherry - 0.8%

 • Black Cherry - 0.8%

 • Light Chocolate - 0.5%

 • White Chocolate - 0.5%

 • Blackberry - 0.25%

A fellow DIYer here who's username escapes me gave me this one. He had the cherries at 1% each, but after experimenting with cherry tobaccos I thought that would be too high, so I bumped them down to 0.8%. Haven't tried it yet.

Lemonade

 • Lemon - 0.25%

 • Malic Acid (300mg/ml in VG) - 0.3%

Girlfriend requested a simple lemonade flavor. I made this a while back when going for a lemon drop flavor. Could never nail the candy flavor down, it always came out like lemonade. So there she goes. I made a Raspberry Lemonade for myself. Same recipe + 0.45% Wild Raspberry. Haven't tried it yet.

Nana Cream

 • Strawberry - 0.9%

 • Banana - 0.9%

 • Vanilla - 1.35%

I'm jealous of everyone's love for Nana Cream. I tried it and didn't like it one bit. But I love the idea of it, so I made a Medicine Flower version. Haven't tried it yet but there's nothing that tells me this won't be tasty. I may need to bump up the vanilla a bit but this will be good no doubt.

Nutty Nana

 • Dark Chocolate - 0.9%

 • Hazelnut - 1.44%

 • Banana - 0.8%

 • Caramel - 0.8%

Okay this one here is my favorite original recipe I have. Initially I made it with 0.9% Hazelnut and I couldn't really notice it, yet it was still one of my favorite juices I have ever vaped. So this time I jacked up the Hazelnut to 1.44% and I'm also vaping this one now. I know the Hazelnut will take time to develop but I do notice it a bit. This is my favorite juice... maybe ever.

Pineapple

 • Pineapple - 2.16%

 • Malic Acid - 0.525%

I used pineapple in another recipe a few weeks ago and knew right when I opened the bottle that it would be an amazing stand-alone flavor. I was right. For this recipe, I basically took OSV's Strawberry and replaced the Strawberry with Pineapple. It could use more malic acid, but it's still great.

It is a lighter taste but I am hooked.

Get malic and citric for sure.

Veronica v1

 • Banana Cream (TFA) @ 10%
 • Pineapple (TFA) @ 8%
 • Coconut (TFA) @ 5%
 • Sweet Cream (TFA) @ 2%

This is a blend I'm working on for a friend, hence the name. This is version 1, and I thought it turned out pretty great first time around. I'll be dropping it to her later today to try.

The Prince by Monarch (clone)

 • TFA Fruit Circles 5%

 • FA Meringue 4%

 • FA Lemon Sicily 2%

 • Sweetener 2%

Definitely still a WIP but its already pretty close. The Prince is (yet another) Fruit Loops-type juice. I'm a big fan of it because it goes hard on the citrus and has less of the cereal element. I think it's probably the opposite of what most people look for in this type of flavor but I love it. Also I think this would be a lot better with bavarian cream but I'm apparently all out so I made do with what I thought might work. Have a feeling I'll need to add a little AP in there as well. The smell of the original stuff is basically TFA Fruit Circles + sweetener.

Side note: Fruit Circles on it's own is fucking strange. Weirdest thing I've ever vaped. I imagine if you squeezed a piece of lemon into a huge tub of VG so it would be really diluted and then vaped that it would taste similar.

Here's one I've been working on and thought I'd share it with the class. Tastes like a Moon Pie to me, so that's what I'm dubbing it. Let me know if you try it and definitely let me know if you improve upon it....

Moon Pie

 • Vanilla Custard (TFA) @ 5%
 • Banana Cream (LA) @ 6%
 • Bavarian Cream (TFA) @ 1%
 • Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TFA) @ 2%
 • Yellow Cake (FW) @ 1%

1 drop TFA Ripe Banana per 10ml

Enjoy!

Middle aged cookie cutter house dad

*plum 10%
*honeysuckle 9%

I call this middle aged cookie cutter house dad, cause it reminds me of a fragrance that i smelled at a friends house, who was middle aged, lived in a cookie cutter house and was a father, seemed to fit nicely.

Hi all! So don't kill me if I missed it in another thread, but what would something like ".5% @ 20 drops/ml" mean? I understand the rest, but I'm not getting this. Thanks in advance!

2 points

by tournantover 10 years ago

That's for a flavor that is such a tiny part of a mix that it's less than 1%. For example, I have a flavor that has 1 drop of menthol per 30ml.

Amazing! This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much. Let's get mixing!
