Herbal butthole

So I just mixed up my first bottle of juice and I think I'm gonna name it Herbal Butthole. Tastes just like the name. Terrible.

3% Greentea FA 3% honeysuckle Signature 4% white peach FA

I think it needs sweetener but I forgot to order some with my order :(

Start with single flavor mixes, look at the recommended flavor percentages spreadsheet and start with basics, get a feel for how each flavor acts on its own and you'll start getting much better ideas for combinations

It's the honeysuckle, I betcha. I've had essentially that mix but with honey instead of honeysuckle, and it's pretty damned tasty

Were you following a recipe? That doesn't sound good so I can only imagine how it tastes. That's also a very low percentage of total flavoring.

I wouldn't start out trying to experiment. It doesn't make sense to reinvent the wheel before you even understand how the wheel works.

If FA stands for Flavour Art, then that's a very high percentage.

I've not messed around with FA, but my assumption was that the concentration is similar between vendors.

European flavourings like FA and INA are very-very concentrated. This leads to a few pros and cons. Pros are:

The higher concentration the less flavouring you use and the longer 10ml bottle will last for you.
While this is not related to concentration, but EU flavourings are safe and diketone free. And they don't use butyric acid which smells like vomit.

Cons are:

It might be hard to add less than 1%, so many people dilute them.
Steeping times are much longer.

Many people complain that EU stuff has bad taste, but this is mostly because they add a very high amount of them. Image that your CAP should be mixed at 20% and INA at 2%. If you put 10% of INA it will be the same as vaping CAP straight from the bottle! Of course it will taste like pure shit.

Overall I prefer EU stuff for safety reasons. It should also be noted that FA has baking range with diketones inside, they do not recommend using this range in liquids.

Tbh, it was just an ambitious first attempt. I have other flavoring for a recipe I found on here that I'm going to follow to a T. But this was just so I could get some juice, tired of vaping my dad's RY4 :)

Check out E-Liquid Recipes if you haven't already. The personal dashboard helps you keep track of your collection of flavors and recipes and it is the best way to start getting creative with your own mixes. The "Adapt" feature lets you play with the numbers and add or remove flavors all while keeping track of the rest of the recipe.

Well it was bad butthole at the beginning, then it became vapable butthole. I was getting tired of the butthole so i added a little mint. And now it's mint with a hint of butthole.
