Figured i would get a post started as the BC is starting to be delivered. Once again i would like to say thank you to /u/Botboy141. You, sir, are an awesome person who has my gratitude. As a thank you i would like to share my wifes favorite recipe and current AVD.
Strawnana Custard V1
- 10% Vanilla Custard (CAP)
- 4% Strawberry (Ripe) (TFA)
- 4% Banana Cream (LA)
- 3% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
Hope you all enjoy your purchase as much as we will!
For anyone interested, here's what I've been working on with it:
'nana Puddin'
- 4% CAP Vanilla Custard V1
- 6% LA Banana Cream
- 4% TFA Graham Cracker Clear
- 1% FA Cookie
- 1% TFA Sweet Cream
- 1% TFA Sweetener
Not quite there yet but it's getting close, working on a Banana Pudding with nilla wafers obviously :-)
!!! I've been working on the same thing, with the cap VC and LA banana cream (same numbers too!). Been using vanilla swirl > sweet cream and capella's graham cracker, but the FA cookie might be what i need here.
Personally I found .3% ripe banana makes it over-the-top tasty, definitely worth a try.
Nice, thank you. I have everything but the FA Cookie but have a couple different cookies i can try.
I believe FA Cookie has AP in it, might want to toss some in if you don't have it
Picked up some cookie on the fa group buy. Pretty sure it does have it as well. Works great as a part of a cereal killer style mix (realized by mistake, just mixing meringue, orange and cookie together right when they all showed up). Have some in what I'm hoping will end up being a coconut macaroon mix. Need some toasted almond flavor though. Always preferred almond macaroons...
Definitely trying this along with OP's recipe in the morning! Thanks again for the group buy.
Hope you enjoy, you can shake and vape but it does get better with a little curing time.
I haven't tried it yet, but I've heard that INW Biszkopty Koncentrat (Biscuit Concentrate) tastes exactly like nilla wafers.
/u/botboy141 you need to try this concentrate for your blueberry muffin recipe! It may add something you need.
Omg I have to have this! As much as I like vicious and banana cream, it's a no Brainer for me... Let me know if you need a guinnie pig :)
Haha well a variation of the above including cinnamon is going out as samples with orders now, that and the Peach Custard.
Both still need more steep time before I'm comfortable putting them on the site. Still trying to get a final revision of the 'nana Puddin' too. It's close with what I've changed, but not quite there yet...Missing that little something extra that puts it over the top.
Omg I need the one with cinnamon lol I used all of the peach custard in a day. It's really good. I've actually been looking for something along the lines of vicious but with a little more cinnamon and a little sweeter too. As we all know that and the banana cream are my advs. and whatever you are doing with your juice is working. I can't use any other brand. And diy is really not for me... I'd spill the nic on myself. Lol
Mixed this up just a moment ago. I still have no FA flavors, so I went with the only seemingly close 'cookie' flavor I had - TFA Cinnamon Sugar Cookie. I added it at 0.5% figuring the cinnamon would take over. But I gotta say - this is freakin' delicous! I totally get vanilla pudding with slices banana and nilla wafers in it! Can't wait to see what this becomes as it ages. Thanks!
Thank You /u/Botboy141 !
I'm going to whip up a few recipes this week, waiting on another TFA order- In the mean time, I'm going to give this a shot:
- 6% Banana Cream (LA)
- 1.5% Citric Acid 10% Dilution
- 4% Dragon Fruit (TFA)
- 6% Strawberry (TFA)
- 2% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
Hope it doesn't taste like ass.
Just tried this and it's really, really nice. I'm not sure it's any closer to the original but it's a great recipe with the percentage tweaks and Vanilla Swirl. Great job!
Sounds delicious. Think i have seen it, or something similar, before. I need to do some ordering.
It's fizzmustards nana cream, with a few small tweaks. 1% more Dragonfruit & Banana Cream, 1% less strawberry, less Citric Acid, and the addition of 2% vanilla swirl. Trying to add some rich cream undertones to the original recipe.
have you tried it with custard v2?
I find V2 can taste decent, but not at 10%. I like to keep it below 5%
You can't make as custardy a recipe with it or it starts to taste like cheese.
Aww damn, I missed out. Great idea though! Are group buys a regular thing?
There have been a few so far. This was the first i jumped on as i use the flavoring a lot and the coloring does irritate my lungs a bit. Mixed up some batches last night, with the colorless, and no more coughing.
A big shout out to /u/BotBoy141. I just picked up my LA BC today and BotBoy was gracious enough to let me pick his brain for a good 45min. I also have good idea now how he got his name :) I can really appreciate now how much work and effort goes into developing your own line of ejuices. A lot of what he let me sample today from his 'work in progress' pile is leaps and bounds tastier than anything I've come up with so far. Thanks again!
I mixed this up over the weekend. I substituted the cap flavors for tfa. It's been steeping fora couple days now. I expected a creamy strawberry banana but it's more like a pancake with syrup with a little banana and strawberry. I'll let it steep a little longer and try again.
Cant really help you as i have never made substitutions. As the recipe is posted it is a creamy vape with banana on the inhale and strawberry on the exhale. The combination of the two strawberries creates a more realistic strawberry and is sweet enough to not require any sweetener.
Good luck!
Same here, a big thanks for /u/Botboy141 for doing all this. I'll have to place some juice orders as a thank you.
My first mix was...
- 6% LA Banana Cream (Colorless)
- 2% CAP Graham Cracker V2
- 1% CAP Sugar Cookie
Steeped a day and I'm enjoying it. Could use something, but not until this bottle is gone.
