Hey guys. Just feeling this out here. I recently started mainly using flavors from Medicine Flower. They are a lot more expensive than the other flavors most of us here use, but they're also a lot more potent. My percentages rarely exceed 2%.
Lots of my recipes are just clones from a vendor that uses these flavors, but I'm starting to venture out and make some new ones. That said, I'm lonely here haha. I don't really get to mix the recipes I see here, and I feel like you guys wouldn't get to appreciate anything I put in.
So I wanted to know if you guys would be interested in my recipes!
Dude, thank you so much for this. I asked badgerfacedcat about this, but I'd like to know your opinions on their flavors. How's the raspberry and mango? Are there any flavors that you dislike?
What vendor do you get them from? What are your favorites?

Really like the strawberry. The vanilla is very smooth. There's no cream flavor or anything so if you're going for something creamy using just those vanilla is really your only option. Thinking about adding some coconut to a couple flavors to try for more creaminess. I do have a couple recipes with almond and walnut to add a bready/ baked aspect. That works well.
When you said a lot more expensive, you weren't kidding! I just went to their website - $22.00 for a 15mL. Yowza! LOL
That being said, I'd still be interested in seeing your recipes. Even if I can't make it exactly as written, it's very helpful to see other ideas and flavor pairings. :)
I've been using them for almost two years and have tried every flavor available. I also have a wholesale account with them and prices drop off quite a bit once you go over the $300 mark.
I would love to hear some of your recipes and would be happy to share some of mine. Have you used the tobacco absolute? I'd be happy to hear how you process it, if you do.
Can I pick your brain about their flavors? specifically interested in the raspberry and the mango. Thoughts?
They both taste like natural representations of their namesake. It's one of the few raspberries that I don't find tastes floral.
If you didn't know already, every single one of those flavors is made from their namesake. For example, vanilla is actually usually made from the bark of a tree or other sources, wheras Medicene Flowers vanilla is made from vanilla beans. Instead of natural flavors on the ingredient list my black plum says Ingredients: Organic black plums.
I just ordered some tobacco absolute the other day. I'll see what shows up and figure out how I'm gonna tackle it.
Also here is a recent recipe that I made:

So I recommend diluting it a 1:5 ratio of TA:PGA (pure grain alcohol[at least 151 proof]). Then, mix that at a 1:10 ratio with whatever pg/VG ratio you wish. The higher the pg the more the TA/PGA mix will dissolve. After this is done I suggest straining it 3x through unbleached coffee filters; the higher the VG the less effective and the longer this will take. This stuff is really powerful so play around with your preference for taste.

I've always wanted to try their stuff -- but I got into DIY right as I was starting to get into the better juice companies too.
I was flirting with the idea of DIY right as I discovered their juices. I bought a couple and liked them so I figured why not get into DIY and make some juices that I have recipes for and know I like. Started doing that and now I have most of MF's flavors and I'm just starting to come up with my own stuff.

I am pretty new to vaping and only started in January. I discovered pretty quickly that I was sensitive towards PG and I cannot stand the taste of Alcohol. Now I have a drawer full of MF Flavors and Nic base but I am useless at mixing :) I am hoping to pick up a few interesting hinters in this thread.
Here's a newer post I submitted with a bunch of recipes in it. Make the Nutty Nana if you can. That's a definite stand-out. Here's something I mixed up yesterday: Strawberry Margarita
Strawberry 0.9%
Lime 0.45%
Rum: 0.1%
It's pretty good right away, actually extremely close to what I was going for. I think my strawberry might be a tad bit too high (I'm thinking maybe 0.75%) and my rum might be a tad bit too low (should be around 0.16-0.18%) but like I said it hasn't cured yet so we'll see how it pans out. has anyone tried the red apple? i am on a search and INW is out in the US for TDM, FW just sucks....
Yeah I have it. It's crisp. Not very sweet, just tastes exactly how it should. Recommend 0.75% to 1.2%. Haven't nailed down the right caramel apple with it yet but my one attempt wasn't bad at all. Can't remember the recipe but I got it saved if you want it.
that would be great, i have the caramel side with FA flavoring... but the red apple is elusive. i tried Kind Juices Teachers Pet [not sure if they use medicine flower or another but pure VG line] and they nailed the red apple but not the caramel.
I'll be offering Medicine Flower flavor in dilutions on my website in a week. I make 5:1 and 10:1 dilutions for friends already and they love it.
A 15ml 10:1 dilution is a fantastic way to try it out without spending $22.

I have the listing here but I am still working on pricing -- I want it to be fair but I don't want to spend time mixing 50 times a week lol.
I currently have every flavor but 5 -- just waiting for them to post their new flavors for January and I'll snag them all.
I have almost EVERY Virgin Vapor recipe down perfectly, and I am slowly cloning all the other 100% VG flavors. This stuff is magical, and it's not THAT expensive to mix your own. $4 a bottle for the ingredients I use (FNWL's VG which is my favorite, and CXTC's awesome nicotine, which has no peppery taste or burn).
