In addition to an aroma library/manager and a batch manager, the app now supports weight.

PG contents in aromas are taken into account when calculating PG/VG dilutions in order to maintain a more accurate ratio (assuming that the PG content is ~75%)
There are no support for VPG at this moment (several users asked for this), but it's on my plan..
Nice, I'm planning on buying a scale when I get back from Christmas visits, after I got sick of playing with syringes before I left - which are losing their crucial measurement markings.
Does your app have any kind of inventory management? I currently use JuiceCalculator on PC, which has some snazzy inventory management features, and will even calculate the cost of your recipes, assuming you put in the cost of your ingredients (using the price, and how much in ml you get for that price).
Another feature that seems to be missing from every Android app I've seen is any kind of cloud integration. My ideal app would be able to share recipes and inventory with either a web app, or with a PC app via Google Drive.
The app has an aroma manager, where you can specify base type (PG, water etc). The gravity can also be altered for more accurate calculations.
Also, as of the time of writing, I included lists of 4 different vendors (TFA, Capella, FA and LorAnn). These can be inserted / removed using the import-function.
Price calculations wouldn't be difficult to implement, will put in my list of things to take a look at.
As of sharing recipes, I have taken this into consideration when I designed the database (aromas and vendors have their own "universal unique id's"). It would certainly be nice to have, but doing all of this requires a lot of work. I am not sure yet if it is worth it as of time and effort to do it. Still, I am considering the various options here.
What I want to do is create an Android app that will read your XML data file from that calculator from a GoogleDrive or Dropbox account.

I'm a bit amazed that the Apps Store doesn't force you to either have two versions of the app or at least declare how much to upgrade to the full version.
How much to be able to store 100+ recipes?
There are basically two options in Google Play;
- free or non-free apps
- in-app purchases
I went for in-app purchase, but perhaps I should have two versions of the app instead.
The price depends on your currency. For US citizens for example, it's $ 0.99 for unlimited use.
Forgot to declare the price in the app, but I will add it in the next minor update in a couple of days.
If I want to make max VG juice (I have VG based nic, I don't have any PG, just PG based flavors), is there a way to do this? If choose 100 VG, I get an error, if I put 90% VG, it states I need to add PG, which I don't have, and don't want.

That's difficult to do with just 10 steps in the PG/VG ratio slider... however, if you go to settings (the gear-icon on the recipe list page), you can choose PG/VG steps (10,20 or "stepless").
Try using stepless, and adjust until you get as close as possible. You might get e.g "PG dilution = 0.1 %" in the end, but that should be close enough :)

Ratios explained:
Say, that you have a fluid consisting of 30ml PG and 70ml VG. That's 100ml, and you have a PG/VG ratio 30/70. Also, in this case, PG is 30% and VG is 70%.
You then add 10 ml of water to this, resulting in 110ml. That means:
- PG percents = (70 / 110) * 100 = 63.64 %
- VG percents = (30 / 110) * 100 = 27.27 %
- water percents = (10 / 110) * 100 = 9.09 %
- still, the PG/VG ratio are the same (70 / 30)
Meaning, the ratio shows she amount of PG compared to VG, excluding the rest of the fluid.
Another example: A fluid with 12% PG and 8% VG has a ratio of 12/8 PG. Scaling this up to 100 steps (not percents), this is the same as 60/40.
Ratios in e-liquids may be a bit confusing since the "standard" uses 100 steps. Another way to put e.g "70/30" would be "7/3".
