Last night I was working, and decided to spend a couple of minutes mixing up HIC's Orange Tic Tacs. I only made 10 ml, and I was a bit surprised of how little flavoring I had to use (6.4% total flavoring), meaning that some flavors just had a couple of drops.
I shook it up real good, filled a clean Nautilus, and put a fresh BVC in it. Primed it by taking 10 puffs without power, then I set it to 10W and vaped.
I took a big draw, inhaled, and giggled while exhaling. This juice is simply amazing. If you like the orange Tic Tacs, you are going to love this. In short the flavor is completely identical, if not that strong.
Every puff for the next half hour, I had to giggle/laugh a bit at the taste - It is eeire how accurate it is!
Now I commented on HeadInClouds' thread on VU, and praised it. He told me that Ferrero, the makers of TicTacs is an Italian company, and Flavour Art being Italian, Ferrero most likely uses Flavour Art flavors - so then it was just a matter of figuring out which flavors in which percentages. He apparently ate a lot of tic tacs to figure this one out. And it has certainly paid off. The flavor is spot on.
If you like Tic Tacs, you should also try the HIC's White Tic Tacs-recipe. That is supposedly also 100% accurate replica of the minty goodies :)

Also check out HIC's other recipes - They're amazing.
HIC is a recipe genius. By far the best stuff I've ever vaped.
Also a genius at coming up with super fancy names that make you want to try his recipes. If he started selling his line of juice he'd be really successful I think. With the quality, the diversity and the bullshitting he could sell his stuff at a ridiculous price and people would be glad to pay.
MMMAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
I just dropped another $100 on flavors and now I have to drop another ~$20 or so. THANKS A LOT!!
I don't feel sorry for you! I just spent around $500 on flavors :P And I still have some on my shopping list :-/ And I added a few to it today :( It never ends :D
Anyway, if you like the flavor or an orange tic tac, this is definitely worth it!
Did you mix that at 30VG/70PG?
I definitely want to give this a go but that is way to much PG for me.
I have bottles of the inner & outer mixed up in my stash, time to rewick and revisit them today! This was the second one of Hic's recipes that I made, definitely a nice treat!
Make sure you get around to the white tac as well!
I just realized I have all the ingredients for HIC's Irish Lass!
That is also one I want to try! Let me know if you like it! Good thing it's shake'n'vape :D
I feel a little blasphemous saying this, but I mixed it up at 4mg 40/60 and it is just ok. I thought it was a little harsh initially. It may not be for me. I let a buddy try it and he really liked it, but I am going to finish off this tank and let the rest sit for a few days. Also, should probably note that I did 1.5% each, so I may dilute it if I still don't care for it. This was my first HIC and I got so excited that I didn't try the Irish cream standalone. I will keep you updated.
Edit: I've let more friends try it and they all love it.
I would never have guessed there was peppermint in Orange tic tacs!
How long was the steeping for you? Just mixed up a batch, and after a bit of speed steeping I can't tell if I need to let it work more, of if I goofed and dropped too much peppermint in. Currently, most orange is pretty lacking. Gonna let it sit a bit before I try to mess with it.
It's shake (well) and vape - It's ready immediately! :) I find that some people need a tiny bit higher percentages - to me it was absolutely perfect! :)
Thanks, did smell closer than it tasted at first, a bit better this morn. Ill have to pass some out and get some feedback, either was its still delicious.
Can you pm me the recipe? Hic apparently marked it as private
Another user on ELR has most of them here :)
