Update on my Cinnamon Toast Crunch thread
submitted almost 11 years ago by Rockicle

Alright so i FINALLY received my flavorings and my VG here's what I ended up mixing.

Recipe dubbed "C4"
12% Cinnamon roll FW
4%malted milk TFA
4%Cheesecake TFA
2%marshmallow TFA
3% sweet cream TFA

Notes for that(mix and shake and vape)
c4 smells great, has a perfect cinamonny-milk smell Tastes like straight cinnamon roll though Lower the % on CR(FW)

2nd recipe Dubbed "C3"
C3
10% cinnamon roll FW
4% fresh cream FW 2% marshmallow TFA

(mix shake and vape again) This recipe smells super milky with just hint of cinnamon It seems to fit the taste of Cinnamon toast crunch im looking for. However I feel as if im missing a bit of the cereal-type flavoring, Milk and cinnamon is there. Probably going to add 2-3% graham cracker(TFA) when I get more bottles cleaned. c3 is definitely better than c4 in flavor of cinnamon+milk.

both of these tested in a mutation X v2 with a 24g dual parallel reading .16 ohms

acytyl pryzamine (sorry, bad spelling I bet) might give you that corn-cereal taste you want

acetyl pyrazine... TFA carries it. sound like just what you want

Came here to say this for /u/Rockicle - If you are only " missing a bit of the cereal-type flavoring" , then you need to add Acetyl Pyrazine. This adds the corn crunch flavor.

I have to try this out. Maybe on my next flavors order, I'll include these.

Thanks

Try cap cake batter at 3% or so. Gives it a buttery body. I am looking for a similar taste, and I mixed a couple up last night. The best one was

  • 8% cinnamon roll (fw)

  • 4% cake batter (cap)

  • 2% sweet cream (tfa)

  • 1% Vienna cream (fa)

  • 2% vanilla (inw)

  • 1% marshmallow (cap)

It was good, but missing something for what I'm looking for. I'll order some malted milk and fa fresh cream and see if that does anything for me.

Edit: I don't want to sound like I know what I'm talking about, because I don't. Seems like /u/vapequeen214 knows what's up. I will be watching this post for sure.

I actually just made this yesterday, very similar, FW CR is so good.

8% Cinnamon Roll FW
1.5% Vanilla Custard CAP
2.5% Vanilla Swirl TFA
1% Cinnamon Sugar Cookie TFA
3% Toasted Marshmallow TFA
1% Creambase
.5% Caramel CAP
.5% EM
2 Drops AP

Have you tried this without the AP? I have everything besides the AP.

Nah, only reason its in there is because im going for a baked cinnamon roll effect (with the custardy/vanilla stuff inbetween the rolls) next to figure is the white icing on top without making the whole mix too sweet, and the sultanas sprinkled through out.

Edit: From the recipe I posted above, remove the Creambase/Caramel/AP and lower Cinnamon Sugar Cookie to .25/.5% and do your thing with Fresh Cream FA (which im waiting on) and maybe that'll put you in the ballpark.

20% Bavarian Cream TFA
10% Vanilla Swirl TFA
15% Toasted Marshmallow TFA
16% Vanilla Custard CAP
14% Whipped Cream TFA
15% Marshmallow TFA
10% Sweet Cream TFA

Cinnamon Roll from FW I personally think may be useless, It is more of a buttery cinnamon roll if you are trying to get a cinnamon toast crunch cereal taste.

I say this because I have been trying to make something tasty with it, and it's just not the type you would maybe with with it from my experience, it's just way too buttery of a taste for something like this possibly.

Any movement on this?

Yeah after about 9 different trials i have found a recipe that i am comfortable calling a cinnamon toast. Its not the cereal yet, but its "okay" to my standards.

6% Cinnamon roll (Flavor West)
3% malted milk (TFA)
1% marshmallow (tfa)
1% catalan cream (Flavor Art)
1 drop cinamon spice (tfa)
.5% AP(TFA)

Its missing the "surgary" part of the cereal you'd expect.. It turned out average, and i havent been able to do any other changes to the recipe due to moving and no job.

so thats as far as i got with it.

Thanks. I'm really interested in this making a Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored liquid more than any other. Have you tried Brown Sugar? Or have you tried INW Biscuit or Spicy Biscuit?
